Mainlands of Tamarac

Love living here but two members of the  Board of Directors could use some sensitivity training. Seem to be power-hungry and routinely try to intimidate residents in unit 6. We are all adults here but they need to put on their big-boy and big-girl pants. Transparency and respect is sorely needed.

Moved here 2 years ago and this is the absolute worst place to live. There’s some people behind me that had their kids kick soccer balls full force  at my wall all the time i heard it from inside my house Boom boom boom and they would get all the way up close to my bedroom windows to the point where they could look in. I was scared that my windows would break one day. These people are the worst! I am at the point where I’m about to call law-enforcement. Finally I put up some no trespassing signs and put up a camera. I’ll still occasionally still see them on my grass. Not even in the middle of the grass but like close up to my house. The backyards are connected. There’s no way to put up a fence around my property. I called the association about it and they said I would have to handle this problem directly with the Neighbor. I honestly feel like I shouldn’t have to even waste my breath. I see the parents outside watching. Obviously lowlifes live in this area. Imagine spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a house and having to deal with other people and their problems and disrespect. That’s why I avoid apartments and look at that. I really wish the association would do something to help. Please do not buy a house here.

I've owned here for 17 years it's well maintained and has a low HOA fee for all we get. Good job by Board members,

Great neighborhood. Friendly peaceful and well manicured lawns.

The more we do to improve  our home including paying 650 for our roof to be cleaned & sealed, The more people report on us. We absolutely cannot win no matter what we do including 150,000 in up grades…

Never know who calls the cops on you for no reason. They joust called again I is for no reason cops left annoyed .. good luck wasting your tax money
