Legacy Lakeview

My experience living at Legacy Lakeview has always been great. I been here twice. Once from 2017-2020 and I returned again in 2024 which shows how much I love it here. Ana who works in the leasing office has always been welcoming. Answering any and all my questions. It’s clean here. Safe. Pest control sprays EVERY month so there’s no issue with bugs and most importantly they are very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

I recently applied with legacy, and my agent Blanca was wonderful to work with. she help me from the start to finish with the application. helping me resolve some mistakes I made in the application  as soon as possible. She made the whole experience less stressful for me, during this busy Holiday.

Don't even think about moving here if you want to BE happy.

Worst customer service, waste of time.i requested my deposit back

My daughter recently moved to Legacy Lakeview, car was towed one day, boot on it 2 days later, and all because of lack of management. No where for guess to park which is horrible considering I’m 14 hours away and can’t park when I go to visit her. Rent somewhere else if possible.

Parking here is horrible and you’ll be towed due to poor management .

This is the best apartment rental in all of Florida in my opinion. I've lived here for more than 10 years and have been taken care of in every way.  I have to share my recent health experience about the management team leader Anna. I was taken to the hospital and she checked on me daily. Even making sure I had food to eat, etc.  I'd like to acknowledge  a new team leader that goes beyond to call to make sure at my old age that I can complete paperwork that I need patiently and much more.  I thank God that he has place me in a residential caring community that is really a big part of me renewing annually. You will love it here.

I've been living here for almost a year and I have no complaints. The units are sprayed monthly, quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and maintenance responds to requests quickly. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been living at Lakeview for three years now, and I can confidently say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It truly feels like home, and we are part of a warm and welcoming community. The management team is kind and always organizes events to show their appreciation for the residents. The maintenance crew is incredibly responsive, addressing work orders promptly, no matter how small, and they are always kind and respectful. There's never any commotion, and I feel safe regardless of the time I arrive home. The location is incredibly convenient for everything: food, schools, shopping, and more. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a place where you can feel at home and comfortable. Absolutely the best 😊.
