Out dated elevators, no handicap parking , guest parking is minimal with a storage trailer blocking the few in one area, maintenance is also unavailable 😑 like nothing is ever an emergency when you're flooding, have no hot water for year's and you definitely can't get in the office since it's closed 80% of the time. They need to do alot of work on these buildings and also require the owners/ landlords to follow up keep, proper care to ALL UNITS, and bring this property to living standards especially when they keep increasing rent and hoa fee's. Also, they care more about the gossip in the community than focusing on the improvement of All the buildings. Could have serious potential if they actually up kept the buildings from plumbing, electrical and don't get me going on the water 🙄 if you have a water leak or flooding ( they'll allow it to go for over a week and the entire building needs to be shut down ). It is absolutely unacceptable, especially for such a strict rules list that has to be followed like you can't move in past 5 or 6 pm and weekends? I guess they're just stuck in the past with everything 🤷
