Better parking than most.

If you want your property stolen from you legally live here. This is absolutely the worst place to live from Property management that gets turned over every year or two board members. This is absolutely ridiculous. They steal your money. Lie about you and then put you into foreclosure when you have a paid for condo. You paid two years upfront of association fees in good faith  and your property tax are even paid for and then say you did not pay association fees knowing you did they have a set of lawyers that are complete liars and crooks? Be careful do not live here help your family and friends stay away from this location !!!!  It’s all public record. Nothing to lie about here. Besides, they’re all liars, crooks and thieves. Public knowledge

The worst place to live!!!!!! Be aware the condo owners will place their unit for rent ILLEGALLY without the HOA's knowledge, they will wait until the HOA finds out to evict you in 15 days !!!!!!
They love to steal people's money.
They are aware as I've sent emails to the ENTIRE HOA BOARD and never got a response.
Single mom of 3 kicked out to the street because of negligence on behalf of the owner.
$6000 move in cost down the drain.
Owner didn't even offer help!!!!!!
BEWARE!
The maintenance men are disgusting, they don't know how to clean anything. They "fix" things around the building and it looks worse than before they fixed it.
The elevators always break down.
Tow stickers on cars even though you have condo stickers to be allowed to park there.
Security is non existent even though there's a number THEY never answer. They never do nothing cause they are always nowhere to be found.
Trash everywhere by the main entrance because the tenants just don't care.

There is no office number or recording voicemail, and no website. There is not absolutely anything on Google that I could reach someone regarding issues about the condominiums over in that area by The Gate Condominium so I had to leave a review. Unfortunately,  I was scammed for my rent money by a couple who actually owns one or more of the units. I ended up  lived there in the condo with the owner for several months unbeknown. The owner switched the locks when I was 3 days late on paying them $1200 for the month rent. I had been paying her this amount for ten months prior and the police came out twice verified she could not lock me out and confirmed that I will vacate by 30 days. If she was dissatisfied with the decision she should go to court,  but she kept locking me out. I feel like she used me and when I did leave, she didn't return a $600 deposit. Also two weeks after I moved in and signed a lease with the owner,  I found out that through the association,  Owners are not allowed to lease out these properties so I was stuck there with nowhere to go. The owner refused to give me my money so I ended up having to stay there until I could save myself enough money to move. When I told her that I had found something else and planning tto use the rent money owed to her ,  $1200.00, she came in- person to ask for the last month that I stayed there. In order for me to to move I could not pay her. I told her she knows all about my income and I had been trying to move for six months and I didn't want to stay any longer I was afraid of her. That's when she locked me out the first date that I was late on the rent. Terrible experience, very disappointed. Other than that the condominiums are very huge quiet and secure. Pets are allowed beautiful landscape and plenty of parking. Huge walking closet in master bedroom.  Buildings are very old but kept up by maintenance in a timely order. Beautiful pool area and much more. They're in the process of remodeling all the buildings and it's very clean. There's a big problem with sewage and whenever it rains,  all the parking lots are full with water so you could get stuck where you're parked for several days until the water evaporates because there's a lake that overflows. If a guest parks without getting a visit pass from security your car is likely to be towed away immediately. Since I have no answers no one to call I feel like I don't have anyone to support me in this issue I feel like people probably does not believe me that's why they're not responding so I am thinking about putting a photo of the check that's made to the owner and my name from my bank just as proof
