Update: I posted this review four months ago and I am updating it to mention the broken elevators. The main elevator in the North tower has been broken SEVERAL times in the last two years, often for months at a time. This means residents on that side have to take the service elevator to the garage and then circle back through the garage to get to the lobby. If you want to get your mail, collect a package, or get delivery service (like instacart or doordash) - you have to make this trek and then carry your items back the same way. It is NOT a short distance to have to carry packages. This also means when you have guests, you need to walk to the lobby through the garage in order to let them up to your apartment.
I was told this was “never” an issue when I moved in, so I’d like potential residents to be aware this is absolutely an ongoing issue.

The building is currently going through staff changes and it’s unclear to the residents whether or not there’s a front desk attendee or building security. It’s been unclear which doors require a key fob to enter and how guests, deliveries and safety are being handled. It was communicated that the building now has “digital access” through the front lobby, but it was not communicated whether or not this entirely replaces front desk staff and security. It appears no one has been at the front desk all week, mail packages are being left on the floor of the mail room, and the front doors are sometimes not locking - leaving the building wide open.
Posting this as a review because emails to management go unanswered, but google reviews get read.
