Beautiful place and the staff is excellent ,especially Estrella she's an embodiment of her name and a true representation of her company.

Beautiful building, the perfect location to live by in the Miami area and the management team are great and so helpful!!

I have Lived here for almost 3 years, really no complaints, but the elevator issues are always a problem. There always seems to be 2 working and 2 broken for such  building of over  total 300 units.  The pool is beautiful and they do give happy hour treats every week. I love the dog friendly atmosphere of the property, the gym and lobby are beautiful, but  its very difficult to have guests come through lobby, when I live in the back of the north building. I have never invited any guests to come through the lobby, a bit difficult  to enter so they always enter  from  the back service elevator and  its not impressive to show friends where the garbage area is located.  Weekends, rest assure moving companies take over elevators and difficult to use the stairs when one elevator is broken and the other is used for movers. The staff is very nice and friendly to me and my dog, I have not had problems with management and they respond to me very quickly.

Adela is a well maintained property! I love how instantly you feel like you’re at home! Thanks to Yazmine Herrera, I have received some of the best service I have received living in Miami!

If you love having an unresponsive management company and leasing agents, no security, no access to elevators for weeks on end, being required to put a debit/credit card on file to obtain a code for packages in lieu of a amenity charge you already pay for, and fire alarms going off all the time. You’ll love Adela. I would recommend Nirvana across the street, or anywhere else.

The location and neighborhood are really nice, but sadly the Adela is managed like a cheap hotel. Currently there’s two elevators broken for over a month and a key fob issue making the remaining elevators unusable. Move in if you love taking the stairs. Like a cheap hotel, they nickel and dime residents for everything - be prepared to put down a credit card in order to use the Luxor Mail room. The $25 amenity fee is for the pool and gym, there are no other amenities and if they pretend they are still being worked on, it’s untrue. There’s a $25 monthly parking fee, but if you don’t leave the gate card on your dashboard, you will also receive a $55 parking violation. Oh and there’s a $16 security fee so that they can leave a ticket on your registered vehicle. The security is needed because the garage gate is always broken. This is how the building is managed. Poor management results in issues and they add a fee to punish the residents. You will receive infinite notices each month when rent is due,  but don’t expect any communication when there’s an actual issue. (We were told the elevator would be fixed two weeks ago but zero communication and still no elevator.)
The drive way entrance is nice and the park location is great, however, if you are used to a well kept building with attentive management - this is not it.

DO NOT LEASE HERE This is a mafia organization. I should have trusted the terrible reviews they already had before applying (also check Yelp). I visited the building, received a formal quote and decided to apply. And so the nightmare begins:
1. They accepted me as a tenant but they initially by mistake gave my unit to someone else and were asking me to move 2 weeks later to a different one. After complaining for a week, they ended up giving me back the unit I applied for.
2. The lease to sign were 24 documents (the lease is a 64 page document, picture that). It includes an infinite number of hidden fees that were never mentioned and were not included in the quote such as: monthly billing fee, car registration fee, cleaning fee (?) and many others.
3. On January 26th, Steven Barg the from the leasing office wrote on an email to me: 'If you would rather lease at another community, I can start the process for refund of your application fees?' I inmediately replied ‘yes, please cancel my application and let me know when can I expect the reimbursement of the fees in my account’
4. I kept calling and writing them until, almost 2 weeks later, I get from Yazmine Herrera, Property Management: 'Unfortunately that is not an option as we do not refund cancelations'. I showed her Steven Barg’s email where HE IS THE ONE offering me the reimbursement of the fees, and she just replied back (in 4min): ‘Correct there is a process. However due to the terms of you canceling your application this is not an option we may provide’
5. In the end I was contacted by the Property Manager, Maggie Ramos, saying that the request has been escalated and after further investigation (escalated and further investigation took them 20min), they were not refunding anything. I am initiating legal actions now.
Bonus track: there is a new construction -building- starting in a couple of months right next to this one, which will definitely finish the quiet of the neighborhood and you will have all the amenities (pool, open areas, etc) full of dirt and construction noises for at least 2/3 years.
This is a mafia organization. Run.
