This is an incredible place to live, with an excellent location that is conveniently close to the Brickell Mary Village and Brickell City Center metro stations. The building's staff is friendly and always ready to assist both residents and visitors. The building itself is well-maintained and kept clean, providing a great living environment for everyone.

I have lived here for 5 years and will be moving out soon. They are building a new building across the street so if you are facing 10th street you will have to keep your shades down unless you want strangers looking into your apartment. The new building is a mix of low income housing and those who can afford to pay full price. The building did away with it's valet service so if your apt does not come with a parking space, you will be parking outside of this building. There is no real security.

Nice Condominium, nice place to visit and relax with its excellent view.
