The current manager Yanaissa Adai, is completely unprofessional. I have personally heard many of the neighbors complaining about her attitude and the way she handles things. I unfortunatelly have also experienced ther rudeness, she does not respond emails, does not know how to manage a building, and has absolutely ZERO people skills. If you dare to question why things are not working she will threaten you, scream at you, ignore you,  and will not resolve any issues. If you move here expect to be left without any water (yes, there is a water/pipe problem) at least 4 times per month. Depending on the floor you live in you may even experience having your apartment completely flooded as the building itself is falling apart (Keep in mind it was recently built). Sometimes the water comes out murky and yellow. I’ve reported it to management and I was told this was not their problem.
Things here are ran in a weird way, rules change depending on the mood of management , be careful with your monthly statements, they may add things on they feel we need to pay! Like an insurance for the building itself... not the usual renters insurance to protect your belongings, no... they will try to make you pay for an insurance for the BUILDING!
The elevator has been out of service for months! so the wait can be really long specially if you live on the top floors, inside the apartment everything was madevery cheap,  and little by little things keep breaking.
There is no maintenance during the weekends so the hallways, entrance, elevators etc are DISGUSTING all weekend long...
We obvioulsy won’t renew our lease here, and I  highly encourage you to keep looking for a different place to live, honestly for the price  you will pay here im 100% sure you can find a much better and safer place to live!

Bad administration of the manager, she is very rude, enough of so much lack of respect on her part, it is time to change the manager Yanaisa

Since manager Yanaisa arrived it has been a nightmare to live here… it's horrible! they change it urgently!!!!

The manager Yanaisa is not professional in her work, she is not empathetic with the residents. She answers in a bad way, she is not polite. We ask for your resignation and give that position to someone with a good education.

I am a tenant of this building, I am very outraged by the manager Yanaisa, this has never happened with the previous managers, since she has been here she has gone from bad to worse, the elevators were damaged 4 months ago and she does not respond, the pipe is damaged every time. for a while and the apartments flood and she does not do her job well as a manager, she has no empathy, you cannot complain, she insults the neighbors, threatens them, yells at them. It doesn't help us and all of us tenants want his resignation, no one wants it.

It’s the second time this week my house floods. My things ruined. At ram it’s either no running water or flooding. There’s no midpoint. What’s happening here is called negligence. No one seems to be held accountable for damages except for the us who rent… we are still being charged a really expensive rent even though our apartments are nowhere close to living conditions.

Very bad service. The elevators are damaged and months go by without repairing them and they do not provide accurate information. The pipes are being damaged very frequently, we are left without water and they do not have a quick and forceful reaction plan in the event of an emergency. The prices are very expensive for not having an efficient service. There is not a good atmosphere unfortunately.

That's the worst thing there is as a residence! 😒👎 I really don't recommend it, very bad administration and unprofessionalism on the part of the employees! .... ..
