Expertacular, I've been living here for 3 months and, I could be here forever, I love it. Very quiet, everything around is always very clean, very safe, security is working 24/7, maintenance comes right away when there is a problem, really the best 👌👌👌

My experience at this property was disappointing. The refrigerator had recurring problems. I noticed little willingness on the part of the manager to address the tenants' concerns. At the end of the lease, the entire security deposit was withheld citing damage that I believed was simply normal wear and tear. Nor was a delivery document made in my presence, which left me with no opportunity to discuss the alleged damages at that time. I complained later but to no avail. In addition to retaining the security deposit I had to pay an extra charge.
In my experience, these processes could be greatly improved, to better protect consumer rights. I would not recommend this property to anyone, based on these facts.

Danny is a great manager, always willing to help people, giving the extra mile to assist and support others, excellent person and great maintenance staff as well
