Horrible place to live, I lived there with my daughter for 4 years and the maintenance is horrible, they have treated me very badly many times and twice evicted people tried to get into the apartment, they are definitely there because they don't do their job, 3 times there are problems with the cars. In the end very bad community

Horrible place to live very unsafe, horrible management

Worst community’s I have live on for the last 4 years. Management right now sucks, they are very disrespectful towards people and dont care about tenants. At least the one before was nice to the tenants even if they didn’t resolve nothing like the current one. Washer machine has been broken for a year. Been asking to get it checked and so far no one has fixed. The fact that they dont want to change it but are not able to fix it said it all.
Homeless people have try to open the door of my apartment to the point of having to call the police because security sucks , parts of my cars have been stolen while in front of the supposedly security they have. Another of my car has been towed even that I have paid for that extra car to be parked inside and had the stickers on.
People has try to break into the car as well. Keep in mind I park my car by the cameras and in the view of the security people.
Place is unsafe to live , tenants people doing drugs and smoking on the premises and in front of apartments. And management answer to complaints is that they cannot do nothing when this is a no smoke community.
They do not enforce the services animal requirements and anyone brings animals into the building. Dog owners leave poop everywhere and no one enforce the rules.
Maintenance sucks, gabinete in kitchen and bathroom been broken for all the time I been there and every time i ask for maintenance they just make it worse , and now that I move out they are trying to charge me to fix something that was given broken to me.
Also items that had just been replace for new ones appearing randomly on my move out bill, paid an insurance I guess for nothing because it was supposed to cover all this and yet here we are. Trying to overcharge me just to get more money.
Huge problem with homeless people, had to called the police couple of times and my apartment was attempted to break in twice. Security no where to be seen.
I would not recommend this place at all. Definitely not a great place for anyone.

These apartments are more than 10 years old and things fall apart because of normal wear and tear. Just know they charge you to replace appliances in your unit. You will see the cost on your next rent payment online. Beware!!!!

I want to thank Ingli for her efficacy. I was looking to rent a unit within a week, and yet she offered me a great move in deal. She was very nice and professional. Anytime I had to stop at office for questions and concerns, she was very welcoming, as well as Danny. He showed me a similiar property, before moving in. They were able to answers all of my questions in a prompt manner. I highly recommend this place to be your home. The units are very cleaned and meticulously inspected before moving in. Thank you Ingli for helping me in this process!!

Ricardo and Luis were awesome they came to fix my A/C and refrigerator and they also help with any issues I had. Also Dany in the office is also an awesome guy he is very understanding and easy to talk to. Thanks guys for everything.

I have lived here for three years, I like the place, the environment, the workers are very professional, but 3 days ago I came home and saw a piece of paper that they are going to raise my rent, we have a fixed salary, please help me.

I have been living here for a couple years compared to other apartments complex. I have to say that the landings is a place that I would refer a friend, family member to live it’s clean with security. The staff has exceptional customer service skills, working in a environment where you have diverse residence is always a challenge. I would like to recognize Danny, for his kind spirit, and always making sure if there’s any issues that you may have in your apartment that they are taking care of immediately!! I see Danny out of the office, walk the grounds to ensure that the property Is well kept, and the opportunity for residence to speak to him if needed.
