Caroline Golden Glades

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Extremely disappointed since we moved here and regret it, counting the days for our lease to be over. When you walk into the club house everything looks beautiful, everyone is nice, and when they show you the apartment everything looks nice and clean. But when you actually move in, the apartment is full of construction dust, the floors are stained, kitchen/ bathroom countertops are yellow and things are cheaply made. When you put in a work order for them to fix something, they can’t because they don’t have the supplies and/or it’s too expensive to order. All the front doors slam closed and constantly wake up my newborn, you can hear the neighbors above you so much, every footstep, and next to you too. There’s dog pee, candy wrappers, empty water bottles in the hallways and elevators (they don’t have cameras so they can’t enforce any cleaning policies). We don’t have internet since we moved in on February 7th (we reported it on the 8th), we had to be FBI agents and figure out by ourselves that the boxes from our apartment and the next door one had been switched. We had to get 2 T-Mobile hotspots and they shut us up with $50 bucks. Mind you it’s February 26 and is still not fixed and it wouldn’t be fixed if it wasn’t for us knocking and bothering our neighbor. And NOW they want to charge every guest a parking fee which is ridiculous. And even if your cars are registered they STILL give you a ticket. Don’t be fooled by the 1 or 2 months “free” and the good reviews (that they ask for after showing you the model home). Take your money elsewhere.
