I've had many great experiences with my whole moving process and want to say everyone in the leasing office is very kind. Also I must say Elizabeth has been the best. She's extremely helpful and attentive to anything we've needed. I appreciate everything she's done for us and how simple and amazing she's made our move into Casa Vera Apartments.

Moved in a couple days ago and want to start off by saying everyone in the leasing office is so kind and helpful. I was helped by Elizabeth and I only have so many good things to say about her. Her hard work and care is a 10/10. She helped me through the whole moving process from the beginning of getting my apartment till the very end. She has been so kind, informative, helpful, and just an amazing person that has been there to support anything I've needed. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed in my apartment but Elizabeth and the maintenance crew came in and fixed the issue quickly and effectively. I also want to thank Freddy for his kindness and immediately jumping in and completing my maintenance request. I definitely love the atmosphere and peacefulness in the community and appreciate all the immediate support from Elizabeth and the team. Ready to enjoy my apartment :)

I moved to Casa Vera Apartments about two months ago. After looking  to rent for a few weeks I came across CVA and felt in love. The office staff is supper friendly, specially Karen. She went above and beyond to help me through the leasing process. Honestly without her help and expertise it wouldn't be as pleasant of experience as it was. Thank you Karen for all your help always. for always answering my calls and taking the time to help me. you are truly amazing!

I wanted to add another review and thank Ismael for helping us with our plumbing issue and helping us adjust our shower head. Words cant describe how happy my wife and I are! We have lived here for almost 2 years and planning on staying longer. Casa vera and the team have been amazing! Especially Clark! Clark was outstanding from the beginning! He goes above and beyond for everyone. Thank you Clark for helping my wife and I find our first home that we get to enjoy and treasure every day in it!

I must say Casa Vera sets the gold standard for rental properties. While minor issues can happen anywhere, what truly matters is how they're handled. I am super pleased to the staff's commitment to going above and beyond ensures a seamless experience during my 3 years stay and counting. From the moment I arrived, it is imperative to note that the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Dealing directly with the front office is a continuing pleasure, and the clean space and amenities exceeded expectations by a long shot. The welcoming atmosphere and array of amenities create a stress-free environment. From the pool to the gym, this place truly has everything I needed and some more. The staff truly elevates the experience. I couldn't have asked for more. Great find indeed!

Things are great when they work. The front gate was broken and left open for months. Packages get stolen from the mail area, cameras for said mail area are "in a proposal", been literally months and nothing has changed. Submitted complaints through the online portal to find out from the office staff that it's not monitored and everything needs to be submitted as a work order instead. Lights flicking in the parking lot take months to replace, so I hope you have blackout curtains. Gym equipment is just okay, hardly "state of the art" as claimed on the website. Several pieces are unusable, such as curl bars that are bent with the plating literally peeling off the bar and without functional restraint clips. Rowing machines missing the pull bar/string or having the screen smashed off.  Treadmills that are so loud you don't want to use them. There are also little things like the phase 2 gym not having a garbage can for the cleaning wipes, if there are any in stock. Or the music that is playing at all times in the gym with no way to turn it off. Office staff are helpful and friendly but the ones you can talk to can only do so much.
The apartments themselves are pretty standard for the area. the kitchen is a good size, though it could use drawers in the island. Appliances are the same stainless steel ones that every apartment built in the 5 years has. Living room is a good size with options for tv placement. Balcony is a good size with a good quality sliding door. Bedroom blinds, depending on what side you are on, will need to be replaced. Looks like little care was taken during painting/tenant repainting as trim and floor both have splash on them. Maintenance staff are generally pretty quick to respond to issues but often have to be called back several times to actually address root causes of issues.
I give 2 out of 5 mostly because of the issues that are not addressed timely and/or properly, a complaint portal that is openly ignored.
If I scored for only the apartment as a place to live without issues, easy 4.5
