One Plantation Apartments

Especially talking about Miranda, she is very attentive, an excellent professional in her field. Always with a smile when receiving us, always ready to help with whatever is necessary. Sometimes I like to stop by the reception for a coffee and end up chatting with her for a bit, which is very nice. Thank you Miranda. The condominium itself is a peaceful place, where whenever I need repairs in the unit, I find immediate help, all the employees are well-mannered and trained. Just a special attention to the elevators, which on weekends get extremely dirty with dog urine, I think a measure could be taken regarding this particular factor. Thank you very much.

Get rid of the potheads. The apartment smells like weed 24/7.

One Plantation charges for a luxury apartment but offers less than many low income housing properties. Has become an awful and even unsafe place to live. Ever since being sold to a new company a year ago, cost and fees have gone up while services and general maintenance have fallen.  Most of the amenities and safety features they still promote are lies. The front gate has been open and not a true gated community for over 10 months. They fix nothing and the office staff is rude when you bring this up. They only care about collecting every fee and violation they can while not fulfilling their own obligation on what was promised to tenants when they signed their lease.
One of the most egregious issues has been the elevators. For a somewhat newer building, they break all the time. I have been stuck multiple times as well as others I know. This keeps getting addressed with the office but ignored or we are told it isn't true. We even noticed the expression for having these elevators inspected is expired. That was also shown to the office manager and quickly ignored. Also, mold everywhere!!

So sad how this complex has gone down.. I moved in 2 years ago at $1800.. now I’m charged $2700.. with a $200 water bill.. my packages have gone back..making my packages come back is a nightmare.. Rugs to my apartment are disgusting.. and roaches.. Can’t wait for June 2024 where I can move out.. please consider elsewhere

Miranda showed me the property it was the first time I met her and on our walk-through you would think we were friends for a while if the apartments didn't sell me Miranda certainly sold me at the first how are you. I also love when a resident works where they live it shows me that it is such a great place that even the residents want to be a part of it  I hopefully will be able to move march into the Amber but only if Miranda is there to greet me with her smile and positive personality. I don't usually write these reviews and felt it necessary because of the professionalism and great personality that Miranda showed was worth me writing this review thank you Mark Weiss

Manely was quite pleasant, informative, & well spoken. I loved her patience and active listening for what I’m looking for.

This place is great. Mia, the property manager, is always so helpful with any concerns. Her's team's great customer service is so appreciated. Mariely is also just the sweetest. Love being here.

Mia and Mariely are an amazing team. Their customer service skills are unmatched. Answered all questions returned my emails and expedited the move. Both my husband and myself are so pleased. Thank you ladies!!

Let me start off by saying WOW I’m so impressed. The customer service here at One plantation has been the best customer service I have ever received. Mia & Marley are the best at making me feel welcomed every time I enter the lobby. It is lovely here. I really enjoy it!
