One Plantation Apartments

Everything is dented, broken or dingy. Every inch smells like cigarettes or weed. Kids jump the gate to do god knows what. Maintenance won’t replace items even when they are clearly broken or moldy they rather patch fix it. People steal packages even mail. The elevators always have dog pee or poop. The trash stinks up the whole first floor. None of the amenities work right. The receptionist all point the finger at each other with none taking accountability at all. No gate even though they made us take time to go get a gate pass. No way to let guests in because the call boxes are broken. The residents aren’t courteous. This place is in shambles. If I were the owner I’d be pissed this place is running like this.. Doesn’t belong in plantation at all. Counting down the days to my lease.

Diana was a pleasure to talk to and she was so patient with my friend and I. The rooms are a lot more spacious than other complexes we've toured. Highly recommend checking this place out!

CURRENT RESIDENT HERE: If I could leave this place with zero stars I would. This place has to be the worst place Ive ever lived and I mean ever. The place is ALWAYS dirty and dingy! Even when cleaning people are CLEANING IT! They use dirty mops and rags to clean common areas like elevators and it leaves the nastiest smell of mold and dirty mop water. There’s almost ALWAYS something broken like the elevator or the packages room or a main door to get to the garage! And god forbid the office manager or any of the staff respond back to your complaints..they just pretend you never complained or won’t even respond to emails or calls unless you go to the office. When I first moved in they weren’t doing credit checks so they let everyone in, there’s kids and teens smoking weed and god knows what else up and down the halls. There’s literal drug transactions being made in front of your eyes in the garage. And there’s ALWAYS somebody usually one of these kids friends waiting at a door for anybody to come and let them in. There’s people that smoke CIGARETTES in their house on the main floor.. I never thought I’d feel this way in PLANTATION out of all places. All of the renovations inside the apartments are Jerry rigged. They used the cheapest of materials to make things LOOK nice but they aren’t.. there’s always an issue with plumbing and the air ducts and quality of air is trash. People steal packages from the mail room all the time and management will never do anything about it even though there’s cameras in there oh wait THEY DONT WORK. Mainly all of the amenities are not in use because they’ve been renovating for a year. We have no guest call box so you have to come downstairs to let your guest up and the gated entrance is non existent even though they made us get stickers for the gate… there’s people that have been here for years leaving all the time because management is horrible. People that live here have no respect or courtesy for others since they let their pets pee and poo alllll in the common areas and won’t come pick it up. You’re almost always stepping on some type of pet pee or poo and have to bring that inside your home. Management doesn’t do anything about it even though they have cameras everything (they probably don’t work). If you pay for storage here you will not have access to it 24/7 like they claim because the fob won’t work and it will be locked..The maintenance team is good, they have to be because they’ve get called all over every day because there’s always stuff broken. I am counting down the days my lease is up and so is everyone else that I meat in the elevator. RUN AWAY

We moved here months ago and absolutely love this community. It’s clean, safe, and newly renovated. The staff is so helpful and responsive to any concerns that we may have encountered which are few but when if and when they come up, they are helpful. The process was smooth from touring to move in. Diana and Valentina have been super helpful and incredibly nice.

I just moved into One Plantation Apartments. From the start Diana was great as she has been responsive, answered all my questions and was very polite despite my many requests.  Great customer service.

Staff was very rude and they are very prejudice. They don’t want black people in their community.

Diana Touret is the best! Not only did she help us through the application process but she is also very helpful and a joy to work with. She went out of her way to make us feel at home.

I was not going to write this review however, after a phone call with one of the managers not too long ago I had to share my story. I can’t even begin to express how awful my time was living at One Plantation Apartments. The one reason I stayed for two years was because of convenience, my son school was less than 5 minutes from the place. The rent went up ridiculously during my lease, they changed management at least 3 times, the residents with pets did a horrible job with cleaning up after them leaving poop and pee everywhere, the elevators were constantly not working and to top it off, they constantly slapped on random, unexplained fees for “miscellaneous” things. No transparency whatsoever. You’d think you'd pay for rent and utilities, but apparently, there’s a never-ending list of other charges that they tack on with no notice. On top of that, the amenities they advertise? Complete joke. They were “under renovation” the entire time I lived there, meaning none of the perks that made the place seem appealing were available. Gym, pool, clubhouse none of it was usable, yet they still charged for it! I’m so glad I finally moved out, and I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live. Do not consider One Plantation Apartments there are much better options out there.
