Zona Village

I don't even know where to begin. What was once a great place to live has quickly fallen off a cliff. I've lived here for 2 years and have watched the standard here go down by day by day. Management does not care whatsoever about the residents, emails and complaints ignored. Nothing is ever handled properly. Parking situation is horrendous, and on top of it. They don't clean, watch, or maintain the garage which has left tires being slashed due to glass and hardware everywhere (who knows how it got there but its there, and the refuse to maintain it). Don't even attempt to live here if you have a pet. The "dog park" is a 4x4 mud pit that has a foot plus grass half the time, people just let their animals run wild without leashes on. Constant barking, howling, and screeching from animals. If you want to walk your dog around your building, make sure you avoid the puddles of vomit everywhere from the bar downstairs. Elevators never work, I can go on but I think you get the picture. Bring back Daniel if you want a chance of reviving this place. Also, make sure you read the real reviews of people who have actually lived here. Not the person who toured it 18 months ago and gave it a 5 star review. Ridiculously overpriced complex that is on a slipper slope. Edit: Thanks for the copy and paste generic answer. I’ve emailed you 10+ times now about these issues, and have yet to receive and answer. There’s also roaches everywhere in the common areas. So that’s another plus!

Pablo  is the best supervisor. He’s doing great job. He was in my apartment and he did really really good job with my AC.

I just moved here two months ago... today, my husband and I want to recognize the work and attention of the entire Village area team. Pablo is someone who brings us calm, peace and a lot of sweetness. THANK YOU for your kindness and time... you are really special. The maintenance team is unstoppable, always available and focused daily on making sure that everything works perfectly, which makes us proud to call the Village area our home. We will definitely continue to recommend our friends to move here.

Pablo is excellent. He takes care of all issues quickly and efficiently and really cares about the tenants. He is super friendly and is always saying hello and asking if everything is OK he is a pleasure to have on site for all of our maintenance needs.

For the past year, the building has suffered from poor maintenance and slow or unresponsive service. Despite being marketed as luxury apartments, the property feels neglected, with daily upkeep consistently lacking. This ongoing deterioration is harming the community's reputation and the quality of living for residents.
