Never live here. Fire alarm wakes you up once for month

My phone was stolen from the lobby, and despite filing a police report, the office personnel were extremely rude. It is concerning that the location is not secure, especially since the surveillance system is not functioning.

Avoid this place; the advertised luxury is only in the name! Do not trust the good reviews—they ask residents to write them in exchange for a chance to win a $100 giveaway.
Security is nonexistent—my packages were stolen, and the managers responded with indifference.
Night alarms are frequent, but management does nothing.
The walls are paper-thin; you can hear every sound.
No parking for guests.
Overall, this was the worst living experience.

Its a beautiful community however the office staff is very rude. Ana is very rude I don’t know how this lady and her assistant Claude work together but they need to learn how to treat people

This apartment complex is a nightmare. I rented a unit for a month and I I’m so disappointed. Clearly all the other reviews are fake. I have been here for 3 days and I’m currently searching for another property even though I will never get the money I spent on this unit back. I arrived from a very long flight only to find out the garage gate is not working. I spend over 30 minutes outside the garage trying to get the gate open. Mosquitoes bit me everywhere. Only to realize the gate was not working. The even wasn’t a sign to let the residents know about the situation.  I parked  my car near and got towed immediately.
As I got into the apartment I noticed roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen sink.  I haven’t even done groceries and I already have a roach infestation in the apartment? Unacceptable. I spent the entire day calling the office to solve these two issues and the have done absolutely nothing about it. They keep saying they will call me back and they never do.

I have had the pleasure of calling Club Prado my home for the past year, and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into this beautifully designed apartment, I knew I had found something special. The apartments themselves are luxurious and meticulously maintained, featuring high-end finishes and modern amenities that make everyday living effortless and enjoyable. Starting from the Community Manager Ana Rodriguez, to her lovely assistants, Claudette and Priscilla; they've been as caring and professional as one could expect. The maintenance staff truly makes you feel at home, and everyone is dedicated to ensuring resident satisfaction. They are responsive, efficient, and always ready to go the extra mile to address any concerns or requests promptly.
The leasing process was seamless thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, helping me find the perfect apartment. Any maintenance issues have been handled swiftly, often within hours of reporting them.
Moreover, the community events organized by the management team have fostered a sense of community among residents. It's clear that they genuinely care about creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and at home.
In conclusion, living at Club Prado has been an absolute pleasure. The combination of stunning living spaces and a top-notch management team makes it an unparalleled choice for anyone seeking a premium apartment experience. I highly recommend Club Prado to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place to thrive.

[Updated... and update is an interesting one] If you're a fan of nightly false fire alarms and dodgy management this is your place.
Once or twice every month fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and the whole building waits for about 30 mins for firefighters and police to turn it off. Management ignores this issue at all.
Your maintenance request may take any arbitrary time to be addressed. We had leaking pipe in bath wall that they couldn't fix at all and wall started covering with mold and stains. After we left probably just painted over the mold and left  it as a surprise to new tenants.
Pool is closed for maintenance or whatever approximately 30% of the time. AC in gym stopped working every second week (usually during the summer).
And the cherry on the cake is returning of the deposit. I attached photo of kinda unremovable stains on counter top that made management presumably to buy a new countertop for almost $1600. And surprise surprise it was almost the same amount I left in deposit.
Can imagine how much more issues they would find and fix if I left bigger deposit.
UPDATE - Following suggestion from the owner's response I reached out to them directly to "discuss how we can improve your experience". The best they could do to improve my experience was just to start threatening me to charge even more. Attached their response.
