I rented an Airbnb there the building was dirty, and apparently they don have rules there because the building smelled like marihuana 24/7 don’t go there. People were rude there also while I was staying there a fire happened and the building administration didn’t do anything. I don’t recommend anyone going there you would regret it.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE,NASTY APARTMENT ! SMELL LIKE WEED, UNSAFE STAIRS I SPRAINED MY ANKLE , VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AFTER I CALLED COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ROOM HOW DIRTY AND NASTY IT WAS , THE GUY TOLD ME " WHAT DO YOU EXPECT YOURE IN MIAMI , GO SPEND $500 GET A BETTER HOTEL " WE LEFT DIDNT EVEN STAY NASTIEST HOTEL OR AIR BNB  EVER, WE WENT THROUGH BOOKING.COKM . THE HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND !

No wonder the price of housing is going up. At least ten of the units in this apartment complex are reserved for AirBnBs when they could have been used by locals. The profile for this rental (Unit 10) stated that there was enough space for eight people; however, there was only one parking spot allocated for this rental. If you required another spot, there was an extra $25 fee and this was not guaranteed. What made this more frustrating was that contacting with the owner regarding the extra space was difficult and he took forever to return the call/text.

That building is disgusting, we came from so far away seeing the photos of the very nice apartments and the first impression was when entering the elevator, the downstairs part full of many things, beds, the elevator full of white towels with stench, what a disappointment and the apartments beautiful but stinky and dirty, everything is poorly laid, don't go here, it's something disguised, I lost my money and my husband and I almost didn't even want to get to that place 😭😭😭😭

It's impossible sleep here any night. Always different apt have party. Tonight Tuesday at 11:51pm the big party it's in the apt # 419

Great apartments for lower price. i hate the neighbors though lol
