My wife and I have been living here for 6 years and we have had a great experience. All the office ladies, especially Rachel, have been attentive to our questions and requests. The maintenance staff is hard-working and friendly. The overnight security does there job with courtesy and professionlism. Overall, its been exceptional.

From my little experience it is one of the best condominiums! Excellent location and very quiet, super PET friendly, something that I love, since I have a pet, the facilities are super clean with excellent maintenance, and something that many will highlight and agree with me is that they have a super polite staff and a 10/10 customer service, there is not a day that they do not greet you with a smile on their face and help you with any problem. Mainly Rachel, she is unique. If you are looking for rent this would be a very good option!!!! Don't hesitate!!! 🥰

Courtyards has been nothing but amazing since I moved in. Maintenance twins are always super helpful when trying to fix an issue in the apartment. Christy and Rachel have been super sweet and always on point with problem solving.
