Courtyards at Miami Lakes

I've been a resident here for 3, going on 4 years.  Rachel, "the maintenance twins" (I still get them confused!), Christi and the rest of the staff have been courteous, professional and responsive to our needs.  There is nighttime security that drives around the community 365 days a year, rain or shine.  Gotta' give a shout out to Calvin, the groundskeeper.  He inspires me to get out of bed on the days I feel like calling in sick! I have no problem recommending The Courtyards at Miami-Lakes. No place is perfect, but, this one is close.

I cannot say enough positive things about Rachel, the leasing agent at Courtyards at Miami Lakes. Her exceptional customer service sets a gold standard for the industry, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and supported. From day one, Rachel has been an absolute delight. She greets every resident with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel welcome and appreciated. Her dedication to providing outstanding service is evident in every interaction, whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply making sure you receive a package that Amazon left at the door of another resident.
In short, Rachel is an invaluable asset to Courtyards at Miami Lakes. Her exceptional customer service, genuine kindness, and unwavering dedication to resident satisfaction make her stand out as one of the best leasing agents I have ever encountered. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as a part of our community, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true gem, and Courtyards at Miami Lakes is lucky to have her.

Living in this condominium is a very satisfactory experience, an excellent clean place, without a doubt the best of the best, the office staff Rechel and Cristy are unique, always listening and giving the necessary response, truly congratulations and continue like this

I have live her for 6 years now in a very safe community were the price for rent is not so expensive as other apartments in the area. Love that when I need anything from the office is (concerns, questions, report issues or any random thing I need) Rachel and Cristy always is ready to help me with the sweet and lovely character. If you are looking for rent this may be the place to get.only reason its not a 5 is amenities are very restricted , gym is a mission to use should be 24/7 with card like most places . The pool is 9-5 and on sundays 1-5 .

I have now lived approximately two years at The Courtyard in Miami Lakes and my experience starting with the leasing process at the office with Rachel was fast and easy. Rachel is professional, courteous, and a sweet person all around. She makes sure any maintenance issues we may have gets resolved quickly and will check to confirm if everything is back in working order. A professional!

I lived in Courtyards for 5 years before moving out recently due to a change in my living situation. I have nothing but great things to say about my time in Courtyards. I lived in an updated and spacious apartment, with a great balcony. The grounds we well-maintained and the maintenance staff was professional and dealt with any issue in a timely manner. My A/C unit broke during the Christmas holidays and the unit was removed and replaced with a new one in the same day. The location can't be beat. Groceries, entertainment, food, etc all within walking distance or a short drive if it's raining. I appreciated that they regulate what is allowed on balconies, as it keeps the entire community looking uniform and clean.
Most important, the staff I dealt with could not have been more professional and friendly - which takes all of the stress out of renting. Rachel and Christie in the front office were always available to help or answer any questions. Never had any issues with payments or getting a work order processed, and their assistance in moving out helped me get my deposit back.

Castro family, we have been living here in Court Yards since 2011 and the truth is that our experience here has been fantastic from the moment we entered through the office door, the attention of the work team was spectacular, and all the maintenance guys are always very friendly to us. It's time to fix something broken and they are very quick to solve the problem. We feel very comfortable living here. Additionally, the girls are very patient and affectionate thanks to the property manager, Cristina Ráchele, and Yami, the entire team. work shows stay here I think it will be for a while longer thank you for all your patience help and work make living here more pleasant every day Kindly, the Castro Family
