Hello Starr, we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced. Your feedback is important to us and we take your concerns seriously. We've had numerous e-mail interactions, with the most recent one being last night. As previously stated, you moved-in on 09/9/24 (3 months ago) and since then, you’ve informed us of 4 work orders. All of which we've immediately addressed. When we first spoke, it was concerning the water stains inside your master bedroom closet from a previous small leak that was repaired, which we addressed right away and used a meter to confirm the area was dry. Following that work order, there was a re-key door work order (which we addressed), pest control order (where we ordered our general pest control services) and most recently, mildew and cat pee odor, of which we used an odor treatment and thoroughly cleaned your ducts. Based on the review of the inspection report you provided, no mildew was found, except in the A/C ducts. The A/C unit and handler are new, and we've had the ducts cleaned. However, when you informed our office that you were still experiencing the smell (less than 48 hours ago), we went to work right away and reached out to our own mold remediation company, who visited your apartment and did not find any mold throughout your apartment, nor did he notice a cat pee odor in your child's bedroom. As this visit was just yesterday, I'm still awaiting the comprehensive report, where our remediation company will provide us with a quote to do a deeper clean of your duct system within the Air Conditioning. As we discussed yesterday, once I receive that quote, I will contact you to schedule the cleaning. Additionally, our professional flooring company visited your apartment yesterday and emailed us the findings. They confirmed your flooring throughout was just installed in September and as per his email, found no cat urine smell in your bedroom as per his email. Numerous staff members have visited your apartment and confirmed they could not smell the cat urine you have described. We strive to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for all our tenants. We regret that we didn't meet your expectations, and we'll work on improving our services based on your feedback.
