Cross Keys Apartments

Everyone in the office and the maintenance crew are all very courteous and willing to help. They are always prompt, efficient and reliable whenever there are maintenance work to be done in my apartment. The common grounds are always immaculate. I am very happy and extremely pleased to be a resident at Cross Keys.

my kitchen lights still not have been installed and I received a broken refrigerator that still has not been replaced or fixed

Most of the leasing agents in the office are kind of respectful, however Miriam is very rude. She doesn't greet, smile or has respect. Every time I see her she is disrespectful. Management needs to retrain her on customer service skills.

This place still has the same cars sitting in parking spaces  for months with no tow truck removal. Then you have no close garbage cans by your building I'm 84 yrs old and have to walk blocks to throw out my garbage, but you can leave people dump their cars  here great management

My light plugs in my Apartment is not working 4 months now. I call Cross Keys about it and nothing has been done upon to today. They don't even clean the carpets anymore. All they care about is collecting rents. Also, you have some very dishonest people living here. They stole my clothes from the washroom from the washing machine

Been here 13 yrs. Never had an issue. Maintanance crew very professional. The view is very spacious and refreshing to see lots of landscaping. Office staff very proffessional. Minerva the best! Very clean and upgrades keep coming. Hoping this year the building is painted, covid back up everything. The laundry room need to be finished ASAP.

I do not advise ANYONE to pay 285 dollars to be placed on the waiting list for 1 bed 1 bath for 1300 ! I'm still waiting on a better deal ! The area is beautiful 😍 but.... the customer service  could be better. Update for 2024: Customer service is better,    my rent payments are higher , and the cost of living in the area has increased. Liz is not the manager anymore. Minerva listens to any complaints. Maintance is not professional , I don't  know why ? I have a new perspective on life  now because "people are people" . I take full responsibility for my complaints. Thank you.

They take a while to respond and show up, But once they show up, They are fast, accurate and respectable. Which is prob why I don't mind the wait, It's not TOO long but I understand they are short staffed. However, they get the job done. I jus wish didnt have to call more than twice to get someone out to my apartment.

Slow maintenance and kids always running and screaming inside the hallways. No parents or guardian around, just doing what they want 24-7. Months went by with stolen packages so can't depend on deliveries. This place is crazy.
