I can't say enough good things about Car ...
I can't say enough good things about Carlos, the maintenance worker at our complex! He is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. Anytime I have a maintenance request, he responds promptly and does the job with great attention to detail. Not only is he skilled at what he does, but he also has a great attitude--always greeting residents with a smile and a willingness to help. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people in our community.
Carlos is TRULY an asset to our complex and I appreciate all his hard work. If you're lucky enough to have him handling your maintenance needs, you're in GREAT HANDS! Give him a raise!!!

Calm and quiet apartment complex. I had a plumbing issue and they sent someone over which was Carlos he was very professional, he fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently.

DISGUSTING & UNHYGIENIC CONDITIONS – MAN ...
DISGUSTING & UNHYGIENIC CONDITIONS – MANAGEMENT IGNORES COMPLAINTS! There is human feces on the 1st floor, and the entire area smells horrible. I first reported this issue to the leasing office on 02/15, and they told me it wouldn’t be removed until Monday, 02/17 because it was the weekend. But they never took care of it!
I followed up again on Monday evening (02/17), and an agent even sent a text message in the leasing office group chat acknowledging that it was human feces. They assured me it would be cleaned on 02/18, but today is 02/19, and it’s still there!
This means for FOUR DAYS, the leasing office has ignored a serious health hazard. Every time I leave the building, I have to go out of my way, walking through grass and dirt in my office shoes, just to avoid stepping near the mess.
This is beyond disgusting. Even animals behave better than this! I have never lived in a community where people poop in public, and even worse—where the management refuses to clean it up, despite multiple complaints.
This is a serious health hazard that can spread diseases and viruses. How can anyone live in a community where residents’ health and cleanliness are ignored while they continue to charge fees for maintaining an unclean environment?
Management needs to act NOW!

Number #1 they don’t answer phones no ma ...
Number #1 they don’t answer phones no matter what number you press,  #2 they charge extra fees onto your monthly rent without an explanation and it’s ridiculous, #3 apparently we are the community pool so the community stops by trash’s the pool area, the area is has high crime therefore, we are attracting all types of vandalism, displeasing people, there are no gates that require a access key, so it’s just a free for all and you pay a high cost for nothing! But they will tow your car…go figure

We have been trying to get our rent reso ...
We have been trying to get our rent resolved for 4 months now. We have been charged rental insurance while having coverage through a third party. There have been multiple tenants making complaints about this same issue in their office, but even the staff seems to not be able to reach anyone from corporate who can resolve this issue. We have sent emails and reached out with any resources we have but they seem to either be ignoring us or refusing to resolve this issue.
