Poor maintenance such as fequent equipment breakdowns due to lack of preventative maintenance, noticeable deterioration in building appearance due to deferred repairs, unsafe conditions resulting from neglected maintenance issues, failure to address reported maintenance concerns promptly, inadequate documentation of completed maintenance tasks, poorly executed repairs resulting in reoccurring problems, inconsistent maintenance standards across the facility. The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional with less interactions, long wait times(in person and phone), and lack of resolution

I got a laundry on my apartment. I cannot use it because they have a problem they come in to fix it on one day they open it. They never coming back. I got my bathrooms. They said they need to change the toilet they never come.

No one cleans up the trash anymore, entering the community there’s always trash to great you running over the dumpster, when you open your door tenants are leaving garbage in front of their doors for day at a time! Ridiculous

I have been a resident here for over 20 ...
I have been a resident here for over 20 years however, the parking lot has a lot of disabled cars and it has become very difficult to park. Cars are parking along the side walks and some are even blocking residents cars. At my building(4) there are at least 5 cars that haven’t moved in over a year. I have called the front office on many occasions because my car was blocked they told me to call the police because security Dose not work on the weekends. We used to have security everyday in the evenings. There is no rules being enforced at the Crossings anymore since the building manager (Charline)has changed.

Since Charlene is not working here as a manager the pool have been dirty over 1yr and half , plus they forget to clean the building's. building 19 in eagles is all nasty they need to have the workers working . Please have that in mind. Lady’s . And Maria needs to check all the property buildings and see they really do clean the buildings. Thank you .

I've been living at the crossings for ab ...
I've been living at the crossings for about 9 months now overall I have no complaints my building is very calm and no noise, I feel something can be done with the trash maybe another trash in the back or something the way people just throws their trash on the ground is ridiclious we have to do better as a community. Staff is amazing but completing work orders on a resonable timing will be better.
