I live in Bel aire apartments next door and you have a tenant in apartment 206 who leaves their dog on the balcony all day long. I work from home and the dog barks from sun up to sun down. Very disturbing and you need to do something about it.

Very accommodating. Our general issues are always met with swift action and resolved with respect. We have lived here for 4 years and have never experienced horrible management. Assistant manager Ely took care of our situation very quick and everyone else in the office does their absolute best to solve our apartment problems. The maintenance team have always taken care of the apartments when requested. Great place to live at and wonderful neighborhood.

Do not rent in this place, when you arrive they tell you a lot of lies to do the application which you have to pay, in my case I paid $550 which I lost at the worst moment due to the entire covid19 situation. Before moving I spoke to several neighbors and what I heard was disappointing, "there is never any parking available." "vandalism in the cars because there is little light in the parking lots" And the worst thing is that there are people who, in order to move when they do not qualify, have bribed the people who make the applications to enter the community, that is to say that your application is done correctly. It can be delayed or forgotten unless you pay something else under the table. My testimony is real, if you don't believe it, go through the community and talk to the people who come to that place, drive by the place after 6pm and you will see the residents driving in desperate circles looking for parking after a long days of work .
