My friend lives there and loves the pool and apartment setup

Trash ( basura) association sucks as soon as you park in reverse your given a sticker . But police officers who live there from completely different districts can park there in reverse no problem no sticker on their windshield whatsoever . You need some green pass for the pool now with no notification whatsoever and a security guard harassing people attending the pool every chance he gets . Asserting his authority on a bunch of kids and people who live here. Very disappointed with this place very nice area but the management is highly incompetent and self entitled.

WATER IS CUT OFF EVERY SINGLE WEEK. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY DO NOT EVEN WARN PEOPLE WHEN THE WATER SHUTS OFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE SO THEY CAN SHUT DOWN AND REPLACE THEIR PIPES. THIS PLACE IS ALSO INFESTED WITH BUGS AND ROACHES AND LIZRDS THAT GET INTO YOUR HOME EVERY SINGLE DAY. THE WALLS ARE EVERY THIN SO YOU CAN HEAR EVERYONE AROUND YOU. YOU CAN HEAR WHEN SOMEONE SNEEZES. YOU CAN HEAR SOMEONE'S FULL CONVERSATION. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Quiet place to live with family

It seems to me to be an excellent condominium, with very decent and educated people, like everything in this world, but I have visited it many times and I am in love with living there, I hope I can in the future
