DON'T EVEN THINK OF MOVING INTO THIS CONDO WITHOUT READING THIS!!!! YOU ARE GOING TO THANK ME!!!! To begin with, the rent is crazy, you will pay between 2,300 and 2,500 dollars for an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in an old condominium, without amenities, where the apartments leak and the pipes and sewers are from the 70s.
They don't allow you to have a washing machine or dryer inside your house and you are forced to use the public loundry which is a real ASCOOOO full of dog hair and a bad smell because the neighbors don't take care of the cleanliness and the condominium employees don't clean or do anything, plus that loundry YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR, and it's not cheap by the way!!!!! The pool is dirty because they don't clean it and because basically anyone who is not a tenant comes in and gets in there, and the tenants themselves invite everyone they know and the pool is basically a "PUBLIC SWAMP"; The other small pool for the children, in the three years that I have lived here, it has never worked!!! It's under repair! IT HAS BEEN UNDER REPAIR FOR YEARSSSSS! And the tennis court is destroyed and closed, with padlocks on both doors and the tenants cannot access it. There is no play ground or absolutely anything else to take your children if you have children, and don't even dream of a gym, that doesn't exist here!
The office employees are the most incompetent, rude and poorly educated people you will ever deal with in your life, incapable people with an air of superiority who question you until you change cars and whatever the situation you have in your home they "CANNOT solve it", "they don't know what you are talking about" or simply "it is not in their power to do anything", regardless of the fact that the maintenance fee paid by the owners exceeds $350 dollars monthly!
If it rains you will have to leave your house by boat because the sewers are not enough to drain all the water, so in the rainy season this looks like a swamp. In the last year and a half they have allowed "all types" of people to move here and the tranquility and silence that were the only good thing this place offered no longer exist, it is saturated with noisy neighbors who play their music very loud and raise their voices while they drink and have their barbecues on the balconies, especially on the weekends.
And the best part: THEY REMOVE THE WATER SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK!!!! and this is the reason why I am writing this review! Because two or three times a week they remove the water to make repairs! So if you want to have at least a coffee or take a shower before going to work you will have to get up early because all morning until noon there is not a single hour of water in the homes!!! 🤬🤬🤬
TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PEACE OF MIND! DON'T LIVE HERE! For the price of these rentals you can find much better things in good areas of Miami. I'm already looking and I'm seeing it, that they have been scamming me for three years, because for what I pay here I can live at least WITH DIGNITY elsewhere!!!!

All residents sign a contract stating to not feed the cats. What do these people do? Feed the cats. It smells like pee everywhere and the cats love to pee on your packages left at the door. They’ve taken the liberty of climbing up to my balcony to poop as well.   The common sense here isn’t too common. Also, the maintenance fees make no sense. The price increases like crazy with no changes that benefit owners. Also, without real notice, they shut off the water at least monthly. An email would be efficient.

How much does the rent cost?

Was going through my phone numbers deleting contacts and they came up for me! The office people sucked and let people hog guest parking spots and were super strict on the parking. looks so antiquated and worst of all you can’t even have a washer or dryer in your apartment, you have to use the laundry facilities that you had to pay for on sight.

It's like this one day I was parking in reverse by the office the security gaurd .told me you can't park in reverse.im not going to be mad I parked forward I was visiting..at that time .now I own a apartment..havint been in the pool.yet but looks nice I needed to fix my plumbing in my apartment. The said let us know 3 days before.i did now is done..I at times used to get mad cause of the parking .but I use to park at main street.but why get mad if that's there terms.

Trash ( basura) association sucks as soon as you park in reverse your given a sticker . But police officers who live there from completely different districts can park there in reverse no problem no sticker on their windshield whatsoever . You need some green pass for the pool now with no notification whatsoever and a security guard harassing people attending the pool every chance he gets . Asserting his authority on a bunch of kids and people who live here. Very disappointed with this place very nice area but the management is highly incompetent and self entitled.
