Horrible pace Peterson and all staff there are very unprofessional and rude no education never fix anything if you call for complaining they hang the phone a total mess and trash everywhere, the pool is under maintenance all the time, they don't fix anything amd no resolve  anything so bad experience not recommended at all

I’m not sure where to start. The list goes on and on…. -It took us 3 months to a get our mail key which I don’t even think is legal
-new management showed up and didn’t even tell us that that they don’t accept our renters insurance anymore, we found out when they fined us. We always had renters insurance and they approved it when we moved in.
- Amenities aren’t good, the gym is run down.
- Every month they charge us a bunch of phantom fees that we need to fight and get out. They eventually take it out but it’s really annoying. This month was almost $500 in “fees”. I’m aware of sewer fees and all that but $500 is ridiculous and not accurate. They take it out eventually but it’s really annoying

Only because there isn't an option for zero stars.  A good friend tried to rent here.  Upon move-in inspection, the unit was infested with cockroaches.  She asked for her deposit and first month's rent to be returned.  RPM Living is the management company.  They returned her deposit, but still refuse to return the first months prorated rent.  This was in May of 2024.  All they say is "We are looking in to it".  They are dishonest and the property was disgusting.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Signing a lease here is our biggest regret. Update #3 our unit is now riddled with mold that the property won’t address. The flood damage has been ignored. Management is no requiring all units to use a 3rd party to verify an invasive amount of pet info even on registered service animals. This service is $30 that the property management refuses to cover and insist that it is a free service.
Update#2: Ac unit flooded our unit to the point of standing water in two rooms. Maintenance was rescheduled leaving us without ac for three days. The day after maintenance came our unit flooded again.
Update: three maintenance men entered my unit  without warning or prior contact. A week later the garage door slipped off track and days have gone by with no response or update.  Management continues to ignore calls and voicemails. The car wash station has been broke for a week. Pool is disgusting.
Management is neglectful. We moved in last week and have been disappointed over and over again. Spent HOURS in the office day one because they waited until the last minute to start our move in process. We still haven’t received a key for our mailbox and we check in everyday just to be ignored or transferred to a voicemail. We’re dealing with plumbing/flooding issues daily and have yet to hear back from the office for our maintenance request. Completely incompetent in conflict resolution. Property has great potential but is so poorly maintained you can hardly enjoy it.

WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN 25 YEARS OF RENTING!!!  DO NOT MOVE HERE

Tiffany is amazing! She’s super informative and really cares about helping people. She was so patient with us and took her time to explain everything in detail. You can tell she truly wants to make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything. She was kind, considerate, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend working with her!
