Horrible pace Peterson and all staff the ...
Horrible pace Peterson and all staff there are very unprofessional and rude no education never fix anything if you call for complaining they hang the phone a total mess and trash everywhere, the pool is under maintenance all the time, they don't fix anything amd no resolve anything so bad experience not recommended at all

I’m not sure where to start. The list go ...
I’m not sure where to start. The list goes on and on…. -It took us 3 months to a get our mail key which I don’t even think is legal
-new management showed up and didn’t even tell us that that they don’t accept our renters insurance anymore, we found out when they fined us. We always had renters insurance and they approved it when we moved in.
- Amenities aren’t good, the gym is run down.
- Every month they charge us a bunch of phantom fees that we need to fight and get out. They eventually take it out but it’s really annoying. This month was almost $500 in “fees”. I’m aware of sewer fees and all that but $500 is ridiculous and not accurate. They take it out eventually but it’s really annoying

Only because there isn't an option for z ...
Only because there isn't an option for zero stars. A good friend tried to rent here. Upon move-in inspection, the unit was infested with cockroaches. She asked for her deposit and first month's rent to be returned. RPM Living is the management company. They returned her deposit, but still refuse to return the first months prorated rent. This was in May of 2024. All they say is "We are looking in to it". They are dishonest and the property was disgusting.
