Elemi at Grove Village

Amazing place couldn’t recommend enough. Great staff and great location highly recommend

As a Miami native, I am sure the staff at Elemi at Grove Village are incredible and nice. However, I cannot recommend this place. The pricing for their two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, which can reach up to $6,849 ($7k after all other costs), is excessively high. This is notably above Miami's average rent for similar units, which is approximately $2,719.
The location of Elemi is in the South-West Coconut Grove neighborhood, an area that is situated near the 'hood' part of coconut grove and undergoing development and gentrification. It's importsnt to preface that you're not even really in coconut grove, since you're a ways a walk from all the restaurants and Cinépolis. Given this, the premium pricing seems unwarranted.
For those seeking better value, I recommend exploring neighborhoods like Downtown Miami, Brickell, or Coral Gables. These areas offer a range of amenities, are situated in well-established and safe neighborhoods, and provide rental options at more reasonable prices. For instance, the average rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Brickell is around $4,608, which is significantly less than Elemi's rates.
Someone made a notice that there are $5k/month on the water apartments/condos in coconut grove, and that person is correct. I googled and found two next to the marina.
Unless Elemi significantly reduces their prices to around $3,000 to $4,000, which is still high considering the location, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
It seems the same developers who made Silver Bluff made this, but in that regard, do not let these greedy developers scam you.

Sophisticated building! Great amenities and high end finishes. My client and I were impressed by the amazing floor plans. Gabriel, the property Director, was very pleasant and professional.

Overpriced, 6K (almost 7) for a living space for two? You can live in actual coconut Grove and by the water for $5k. You're living in front of the road where cars are honking nonstop early and late at night. You don't have a view, if at all.
It's not bang for buck here, not worth living.

I absolutely loved it! While I was initially drawn to the area, the cleanliness and impeccable upkeep of the building truly sold me. You get what you pay for, and this building—along with its fantastic staff—deserves a five-star rating across the board. Having rented in some so-called luxury buildings downtown in the past, I can confidently say those didn’t hold up in terms of cleanliness or the desirability of their amenities. This building is a refreshing change, with such a well-maintained, top-notch space and get in early on this amazing opportunity!

I chose grove village was spectacular. The elegant design, combined with its first-class services, made it a truly pleasant option. With its convenient location and spacious area, the areas are extraordinary, every detail is too great, I think it would be a super option to get and be part of them.

Pricing of this is excessive and laughable. You can get an apartment with a great view anywhere else in brickell for $5k. This place is what’s wrong with greedy developers. $7k for a 2/2 is insane.

My husband and I were visiting from Chicago to tour apartments in Miami , and the hospitality at the Elemi was fantastic! We met mitsy and Gabriel who had no problem answering all our questions and being thorough about the property. While doing our tour Gabriel was courteous and patient and gave us a great experience.
