I’ve lived here for 4 years and honestly, I have nothing good to say. I’ve tired over and over and over again but management doesn’t care about no one or anything. All they care about is their rent. The 4 years I’ve lived here, I’ve survived off 1 burner working on the stove. I’ve put in at lease 5 work orders for the stove and maintenance come, play with it (not fix it or replace it) then leave. I’d come home from work and issue still exist. Image working off 1 burner (the small one at that). When I moved here, Illeana was assistant manager, she’s now the property manager. That lady attitude is the WORST. She is beyond unprofessional, rude and straight up NASTY! The only person who I can say has compassion or any professionalism is Samantha. My car has gotten broken into 3 times while living here. My airbag was stolen on one of the break ins. They have cameras but they seem to never catch anything. My guess is, they probably don’t work, just placebos. They have a night time guard who advise that he’s not paid enough so he just drive around to the posts and scan whatever device to show that he made his rounds then back in the security room. The gates are ALWAYS broken and rent increase each year ridiculously. Back in the day, it use to go up by $50, now it’s going up by $100+. Today I’m home and about to make breakfast, I go to the kitchen, NO WATER. I called the office, they said “yeah, there’s an outage because one of the main pipes, you won’t have water for 1 maybe up to 4 hours” I asked when was I going to get notice about it? Illeana response “you’ll be fine.” This is a manager’s response? Not an apology for failing to do your job that our rents are paying her? I’m so happy I’m moving in a few months. I’m just waiting to see what they come up with to steal my security deposit. Other commenters advise that they charge to replace carpet etc. take it from me, move here at your own risk.

Do not I repeat do not they they stove always have problem I help one my friend move here now I shame because of the conditions a lot of problems she ready to move out February she only there 5 months ago her place lot terrible when my boyfriend visited me she can say long he have to leave because midnight because of packing, almost every months people leave this place 🤦🏻‍♀️

This place a nightmare. Toilets overflowing and flee alarms going off  blasting in your ears. Terrible

the apartments are big and beautiful however, management doesn't give a damn about anything but getting their money. no loyalty to tenants , lousy maintenance and if you complain they throw you out .

This is a large apartment development with very nice landscaping and first response maintenance personnel. The units are large and very affordable. They're quiet residential apartments homes. There are a lot of good amenities like dishwasher and walk in closets. The staff are definitely very friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend my apartment complex and give a glowing rating to our property manager, Iliana. Throughout my time living here, Iliana has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience for all residents. Her exceptional service and dedication, along with the amazing maintenance team, have truly made a difference. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue, Iliana has promptly addressed it, ensuring that repairs were done efficiently and effectively. The maintenance team has been amazing in their responsiveness, skill, and attention to detail. They have consistently resolved any issues promptly, ensuring that our living spaces are well-maintained and in excellent condition. Iliana's outstanding communication skills keep us well-informed about any updates or changes within the complex, including maintenance schedules. Her friendly and approachable demeanor creates a welcoming environment, making it easy to discuss any concerns or inquiries. She and the maintenance team have demonstrated a genuine care for the well-being of residents, making our apartment complex feel like a true home. I cannot speak highly enough of Iliana, the maintenance team, and the outstanding service they provide. They are assets to the apartment complex, and I am grateful to have them ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.

I was so happy the way you guys help me here to get my apt approved, they will make way for you leave happy in this office those people so amazing and the nice to us all to make feel comfortable thank you very much!!!
