Fairways of Inverrary

When you’re paying for somewhere to live with your hard earned money, you’re paying for peace. In this complex it is the opposite. These people decide to start construction works with no regard for the tenants. They are drilling from 8am - 5pm. The safest noise for your ears is 70 decibels the construction noises go up to 120 decibels. Some tenants had to move out. If you work at night, you have medical conditions, you have little kids or you’re an elderly person do not move to this place. If you complain they will literally tell you to swallow it. They will also tell you that it will take 4-6 weeks but it will actually go up to 4 months just to work on one wing of a building. Since we are a blue collar clientele, they feel like they don’t owe us any respect. So please save your eardrums and look for somewhere else. I am breaking my lease and moving because the noise is unbearable. If you want to have an idea try to drive by during week day. If they want to improve the buildings they should probably work on the molds we have in all the apartments. They rather improve looks so they can increase the rent at a higher rate.

STAY AWAY !! DO NOT RENT HERE... worst place to live and the cost is ridiculous considering the environment, the lack of proper administration and lack of communication. They won't tell you when you sign the lease but they have major structural issues to a majority of the buildings. Major construction work M-F. Noise no one should have to live with. If you are lucky enough to not get one of the buildings being worked on. Don't walk through any of the grass because there are dog feces everywhere. Don't recommend walking small children around the complex because there is always trash everywhere.
Good luck getting help from anyone at the office. If you want spam emails, they are good at that but if you need to know something important like elevator being down or no access area don't expect any kind of notice. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
If you think you can't afford anything else I'm sure you can find something.

I lived at The Fairways since January 2019 and I moved out recently due to buying an home, and I must say my experience was good. Any time I needed maintenance to fix something my request has always been on demand. The leasing office staff have always been very helpful Katy, Jessica, Ileana, & Samantha. Thank you all for making a place I once called home peaceful and worth living, I appreciate you all.

Scheduled an appointment for 1pm and was left waiting for 45 minutes locked out of the leasing office, The leasing agent Jessica never came, thank you fairways of inverarry for wasting a good portion of my Sunday afternoon.

I simply must say that I've been living in this community going on one year and they have shown me that they are a community that cares about the residents well being.  The staff is great they're always on top of everything no complaints goes unheard.  I love it here, I did have my doubts at first but they have shown me otherwise. They've exceeded my expectations so I think I'm going to be here for a while. The grounds and common areas are always kept clean. You have some residents that don't care and throws their trash on the ground but they are always on top of it. This is a nice, well kept, and friendly community. They deserve a 5 star and more from what I've seen.

I’m happy Here. I was worried moving to Lauderhill and I never have any of the problems other people had while I was reviewing the place. My spot is always available. When I add a work order they come the next day. The price is a little high for my one bedroom but they always have specials, I just didn’t come when they had one.  Other places were trash for the same amount so I made out ok. I’m on a High floor and I love it. My neighbors are quit and At night I’m the only person who talks 🤣🤣🤣 lol
