Flow Fort Lauderdale Apartments

Current resident and worst place to live. I have had multiple Amazon packages stolen by employees who work at the front desk… I get emails and photos from Amazon handing all my packages to front desk and then magically the front desk can’t seem to locate them…Front desk/concierge/ experience team staff are all extremely rude and unhelpful. They will talk in circles regarding an issue you bring up instead of giving a direct answer.. and then hang up on you and ignore your calls when you call back. Never let you speak to a manager either. One lady that worked at the restaurant at the pool aggressively threw a menu at my face as well. Disgraceful humans and utterly disgusted by the people this place employs. Don’t even get me started on their “security” who allowed a non resident to enter the complex, shoot someone, and walk out. Don’t live here if you value your safety.

“My experience living in the Flow building has been extremely disappointing and concerning. On February 18, 2025, at 2:33 a.m., my motorcycle was stolen from within the building’s premises. Despite having private security, the staff took no measures to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the property. Most alarming was the indifference shown by the management; they treated the incident as a minor loss, downplaying its severity and making me feel unprotected as a resident. To exacerbate the situation, on February 22, 2025, a tragic incident occurred on the 32nd floor of the building, where a person was shot. According to reports and rumors among residents, the individual did not live in the building and managed to enter and exit the premises undetected. This event further highlights the deficient security and lack of effective protocols to ensure residents’ safety.
These incidents reflect a concerning lack of security and a management that does not prioritize the well-being and property of its tenants. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their safety and peace of mind.”

I had a horrible experience living in The Flow Building located at Fort Lauderdale. My motorcycle was stolen, and no one did anything about it. The security didn’t see anything, and no one takes responsibility for what happened. I’m paying high rent to feel unsafe, knowing that anything could happen at any moment. The management just says they aren’t responsible for anything in the parking lot, claiming it’s in the contract we signed. Which is understandable but there’s no human support in this place, and on top of that, they’re racist. I can’t wait to move out. Don’t waste your time living in a place that seems decent and safe, but in reality, it’s the complete opposite.

I loved the incredible experience, the wonderful apartments and very nice office areas, gym, pool, everything 🙌

Great tour everything went great!

If you have perfume allergies or are handicap DO NOT GO HERE. I stayed for 12day for recovery from a tummy tuck. there are NO doors that have a handicap button to open them. NO one will help you hold the door. there is no bell hop. the lobby is sprayed with perfume resulting in daily headaches. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they stated it would be $75 extra dollars. When I arrived, they required a $2,000 hold as it was a $200-day hold. There is nowhere to chill besides the pool.(the front had perfume was this was not on option) they have a restaurant onsite which is mediocre, when asked for a glass of water w/my meal they charged me $4 for a boxed water,and then proceeded to say they couldn't refund me b/c there was no manager on site. I sat at the bar which happened to be in front of the only check-out computer(which i did not know, i was sore and just wanted to sit down) and she was ringing up ppl over my plate as I ate, she fought with another about the price of a drink over happy hour charging him double. I had to move over as this was soo disrespectful. The building is TOO secure. The front desk did not inform us that we needed our key to go on the elevator. you need a key to get on the elevator, then to get onto the floor, and then of course your own door. you need a key to get into the restaurant, to use the bathroom, to get onto the pool floor, to leave the bathroom and to leave the building of the gym. It is right above a train, so you have that noise ALL day and night. parking is $45/day. There was only one TV in the 2 bedroom apt, just in the living room so i had no entertainment when trying to avoid my mom.

I called the manager for 3 days didn't answer and no one called back the entire time.
