100% recommended to live, the facilities are beautiful and very well maintained… I am very happy to live in this complex.

Omg I had such an great experience at Monarch station looking for my new home for me and my family they were so attentive and polite and very helpful in every aspect you can think of , especially from Rob, Tricia & Johana!

I have a mold problem in my unit. My items are constantly being ruined. I complained since I moved in. I have a big white dehumidifier that sits in my living room and runs non stop. They won’t switch my unit. They would rather I break the Lease and move …  I had to throw my last sofa out  because me and my daughter are constantly sick. They just put an envelope on my door about mold and maintenance come clean it up. They only care about your money..
UPDATE: I just found out I have an upper respiratory infection from this toxic mold. I literally was coughing until I vomit. This has never happened. Monarch Station will not get away with this .

I've been a resident for 6 years 3/19 just received another junk mail text this same person who continues to harass me while I'm extremely sick and recovering this person needs to be terminated who bullies a person while who is battling cancer and is disabled and elderly and he was told by his Boss to stop this shows the lack of respect this person has but now we will see how civil courts work.
3/20 I received a call from Tricia Thomas management with an attempt to bully me saying that I can't give a 1 star review and bad mouthing me well guess what I can I put up with a lot of abuse in the past 6 years. But no more not for the money I pay to live here, they are not disabled and or elderly friendly you can't Access the main building and pool because they don't have automatic doors if you are in a wheelchair and or you're frail the doors are too heavy and 3 step process to open the pool door 4 of them 1 should be automatic for people with disabilities and the elderly we should also have access  to the club house and pool like everyone else this complex was built 6 years ago it's supposed to be ADA compliant but it's not.
10/8/24 I'm still getting harassed by management with abusive and unnecessary messages in triplicate several times a day every day because and since I gave them this one star rating as per federal laws fair housing act landlords are not allowed to harass annoy tenants from peacefully and privately enjoy and be comfortable in their home not to mention I'm seriously ill work related and I'm fighting to stay alive because I could die at anytime their abusive and retaliatory behavior is quite damaging to me triggering my PTSD causing me to have palpitations and chest pains my defibrillator implanted in my chest records these events which coincidentally matches the times and dates my cardiologist andhematologist/oncologist, my team of doctors are aware I have spoken to management with no results instead they lie and say that I'm hostile that is ridiculous I'm a elderly disabled man who uses mobility scooter this facility has a huge turnaround rate because of greed and they like to push people into moving out not to mention lacking of amenities club no games or pool tables like other places do. no playground for children or a dog park no self cleaning ovens only low end appliances luxury rental I think not  most of the 5 star reviews are fake you cannot live in a complex for only a few days with no amenities low end appliances, none of the 1 bedrooms have a walk-in shower for people with disabilities and no adequate guest parking my family visited me once when I moved in but has not been back to visit due to lack of parking infact this place also dicourages people with disabilities from living here.
On 9/29/24 at approx 11am I was opening the door to my car in front of 4941 when a large black wolf like dog that weighs about 120 lbs which is well over the 70 lb limit and is on the list of breeds not allowed came charging at my  15 lb dog and me, dragging a tiny woman who had no control I was then knocked to the ground defending my dog sustaining injuries to my left upper and lower arm and left hip with large bruises witnessed by other tenants whom 1 stayed and helped me unlike the dog walker who disappeared but I already new who the dog belonged to Jack who lives same address apartment 301 the next day I went to the office to file a report management Tricia and Johanna showed very little empathy or concern about my injuries and stated a incident report will be done instead they chose to talk about McDonald's cheese burgers and food trucks and pretending not to know who the dog owners was but he was present sitting behind me and when I confronted him about the incident I never got an apology nor any concerns about me only said it won't happen again afterwards.b days later I asked for a copy of the incident report Tricia Thomas refused saying no. I didn't call police and animal control no bites or broken bones is why . they never followed up with me to see if I was ok no more Mr nice guy. they are losers
