I’ve lived at this apartment complex for several years, and Johanna in the leasing office has been absolutely wonderful throughout my entire stay. She’s always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure residents are happy and comfortable. Johanna goes above and beyond—whether it’s handling maintenance requests promptly or answering any questions I have, she’s always there with a smile and a solution. She creates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that makes this place truly feel like home. If you’re considering moving here, know that Johanna will make sure you’re well taken care of!”

I have a mold problem in my unit. My ite ...
I have a mold problem in my unit. My items are constantly being ruined. I complained since I moved in. I have a big white dehumidifier that sits in my living room and runs non stop. They won’t switch my unit. They would rather I break the Lease and move … I had to throw my last sofa out because me and my daughter are constantly sick. They just put an envelope on my door about mold and maintenance come clean it up. They only care about your money..
UPDATE: I just found out I have an upper respiratory infection from this toxic mold. I literally was coughing until I vomit. This has never happened. Monarch Station will not get away with this .
