Lived there for two years with my ex wife. Some of the nosiest neighbors I have ever seen in my life. The structure is old so the AC has mold that can't be removed unless the building and HOA does so. The HOA president is a gossipy lady who is just as irreverent. Everyone on that HOA is looking for ways to intimidate and fine people. They have moving hours that are Monday-Friday from 9:30 to 3:30 so either you're unemployed, taking the day off, or paying people to move you in. You can't even bring in too much past that hour or people will think you're still moving things.
What I won't forgive is how the HOA President stood in front of my door while my then wife was trying to get rid of some furniture. Yes, it was outside the hours. All we needed to hear was that we would get fined. But she engaged in yelling at her and screaming at her, all of this in FRONT OF MY THREE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER.
TLDR: old structure, annoying people.
