Beautiful community but exorbitant assoc ...
Beautiful community but exorbitant association fees and frequent special assessments. Broken elevator for days with no means for some residents to access their homes. Board member is using his board position to sell units, and related board members. Huge conflict of interest. Nasty property manager.

Very nice gated community, well manicure ...
Very nice gated community, well manicured grounds, each elevator has a wheeled cart used by residents to take groceries and or items up or down. Complex also has a pool and covered parking.
