We understand your frustration with our parking policy, but this policy was provided to you upon applying in our community. We notified every resident via email and via letter on 5/10/2024 that My Parking Pass would start the registration process in the community. This email provided a time frame for everyone to enroll free of charge. A second email was sent on 5/15/2024 to remind everyone of the registration process free of charge. A third email was sent on 6/14/2024 extending the enrollment period until 7/8/2024 to allow our residents to register. A fourth email was sent on 7/5/2024 advising everyone of the deadline as the patrolling would start on 7/8/2024. A fifth and final email was sent on 7/8/2024 advising everyone the patrolling start and if the vehicles were not registered, they would be towed. We provided sufficient notice and reminders for eveyone to enroll and prevent their vehicles from being towed.
