How much for one bedroom?

Looking to move out of miami to see what tamarac has to offer. I hope and I pray I don't regret it.

I used to live there back in 2015 and we had issues with the maintenance all the time, ac broken, appliances not working, lots of roaches even if fumigation was done, I lived there for 3 years or so paid my rent allways ontime, the last month I lived there I was out of the country working and my daughter 6 years old at the time and my mother were staying there so like allways Ac was broken in the middle of the summer and there was a Hispanic manager and she had the nerve to throw out my mother and my daughter out the apartment because I told them.not to pay the rent until they have fix the Ac so the evicted us and pit us out on the street literally so I had to come back from work and get a new apartment now my mother and I are reported to to credit agencies and still have bad credit score, I tried to reason with them but they didn't want to come to an agreement, so long story short I can't get a house an apartment or anything bc of those people

Quite but sometimes is very scary...nasty place to live in. Dirty, nasty people, nasty management, only Care about collecting rent every month,

They have rats!!! And not small rats. Rats the size of a cat getting to the inside of the apartment. This review is 100% true. Do not move in this place.

My family and I have been living in Woodland Meadows for about 8 months.   And we have  a great experiences here.  The new property manager is awesome!  The office staff is very professional, efficient and friendly.  There has not been at time that I have gone into the office a was not greeted with a warm and welcoming smile.  The maintenance team is awesome as well big kudos to the office and maintenance team here!  Thank you for making this a friendly and comfort place for us to live!

No matter what problem I have had with my apartment they always went over and beyond to help me out. Belinda, Candy, and Lucy are a great team. Keep up the great work ladies.
