Disgusting awful place..dont move here if you care for your health

Ms. Donna and Stacey make a very good team in Golf Villas Apt. When I went there they were very helpful with the apartment information, very friendly customer service. I end in rent with then. Well- maintained, the grounds and buildings are well- kept. There are 24 hrs maintenance. Good location, the apartment is in a great location, close to shopping and transportation. The only that I can said is thank you so much for your service and the peace that the place brings.

IF I COULDVE GAVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!THIS PLACE IS THE DEFINITION OF DISGUSTING.FIRST LET ME START OF WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT DONNA AND STACEY(STACEY WHO COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH) THESE BOTH CAME TOGETHER AND PURPOSELY MADE ME GIVE ALL THE FUNDS FOR THE APARTMENT BEFORE LETTING ME SEE IT,I WAS IN A VERY BAD SITUATION WHERE I HAD TO FIND A PLACE SO THEY SHOWED ME A 2 BEDROOM MODEL THAT WAS SIMILAR TO THE ONE I WAS GETTING. AND EVERY TIME  I ASKED TO SEE THE APARTMENT I WAS GOING TO BE LIVING IN. THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME AND EXCUSE OR TOLD ME THEY NEED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FUNDS BEFORE I CAN SEE THE UNIT.FAST FORWARD I PAYED THE FUNDS,AND THE MINUTE I GOT THE KEY AND SAW THE UNIT I WAS IN SHOCK!!!THE POPCORN ROOF WAS FILLED WITH WATER AND HAD PUDGES OF WATER IN THE ROOF,THE APT HAD A DISGUSTING ODOR WHICH I LATER CAME TO FIND OUT IT WAS ROACH FECES,THE ROACH FECES WAS IN EVERY OUTLET AND EVERY CABINET AND DRAWER OF THE HOME,THE APT WAS ROACH INFESTED THERE WAS OVER 50-80 DEAD ROACHES IN THE HOME,THE HOME WAD NOT CLEAN UPON MOVE IN THERE WAS DEAD ROACHES AND DIRTY FOOTPRINTS EVERYWHERE!THE SMOKE DETECTOR WILL CONSTANTLY GO OFF ON ITS OWN,THE DOORS,TOILET HOLDER,AND EVERY METAL THINGS WAS RUSTED,THE AC UNIT WAS FILLED WITH MOLD AND MADE ME SICK,THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART,OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING YOU WILL FIND ROACHES RUNNING UP AND DOWN,THE LAUNDRY UNIT IS FILTHY!!!THERES SO MUCH MORE I CAN SAY BUT DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR SPECIAL MOVE IN ,THEY DO THIS TO TRY AND TRAP YOU IN A CRAPPY CONTRACT,BUT THANK GOD I TOOK ACTION AS SOON AS I SAW THIS,WHEN I FIRST COMPLAINT THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE IT SERIOUS,BUT AS SOON AS I GOT MY LAWYER INVOLVED THEY GOT SCARED BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO GIVE SOMEONE A HOME IN SUCH HORRIBLE CONDITION AND ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO GIVE SOMEONE A HOME WITHOUT THEM SEEING IT. SO BECAUSE I TOOK FURTHER ACTION I GOT MY SECURITY DEPO BACK,THE ADMIN AND APPLICATION FEE BACK,AS WELL THE PRORATED FEE BACK. MY LEASE WAS TERMINATED WITH NO PROBLEMS. THIS WAS THE WORST TWO WEEKS OF MY LIFEEE AND I AM SO HAPPY I AM OUT OF THAT MISERABLE PLACE,I ALSO BLAME THE MGMT BECAUSE THEY HIRED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PPL TO WORK THERE. DONNA AND STACEY TREAT PEOPLE FAIR,DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY,YOU BOTH ARE WAY TO OLD TO BE MOVING SO EVIL LIKE THAT,AND P.S. YOU GUYS REALLY TRIED TO GET MY CAR TOWED BECAUSE IT WAS STILL PARKED IN YOUR NASTY BLDG,NEXT TIME TRY AGAIN LOL🤣🤣‼️

Great place to stay! The front office makes you feel like family. Donna is a great person and the rest of the staff is nice including the maintenance's people. I appreciate staying here.

I've been living at golf villas for 5 years Any issues that we had have Always been taking care of Thank you golf villas and especially Donna and Dean

If you love your health avoid this place do not let the move in special put you or your loved ones life at risk from mold in their apartments to the drugs ridden parking lot Ppl in the back playing dominoes like it a hang out and the apartment manager Donna be finding ways to break the law if you live here and are affected by mold call a lawyer asap

I've been living here for 3 years and I like this place. It’s quite calm here so my kids are feeling comfortable. Clean community, friendly staff is always ready to help. For the price we pay, I think is worth it. Now it’s so expensive around that you can’t find a better price. I will be living here for a long time because I was researching about the prices around and it’s more expensive everywhere.

I am currently a tenant in this community, I have never experienced such a terrible management service that refused to follow the law by doing the right legal thing for the tenant when they have an issue. I tired of complaining about the Mold, Refrigerator and to clean up the AC unit. You comply with your rent promptly, and nothing gets done. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, go also where. This management company does not meet the florida requirements by law at all.
