Summer Lake Condominium Main Entrance

I spent 22 years at summerlake condos. I bought my unit when they did a condo conversion. Every place in S. Florida will have its own faults, but the one thing I can say about Summerlake is that I never felt unsafe there. When I decided to buy a house elsewhere recently and I decided to use the same electrician, Jorge Enrique Oviedo, that I had used at Summerpake as he had come highly recommended by staff there.  Jorge Enrique Oviedo has now robbed me of over $8K in product he never delivered,  receipts he never provided and services he never completed.  My house has literally half done projects that he began. I do not blame Summerlake.   I just want to let any current owners, renters or prospective buyers to know about Jorge Oviedo, electrician.

Building falling apart. Floor is unstable. Shrubs and bushes too high. Garbage area unclean. Walls very thin.i can hear my neighbor talking and snoring.
