I was living in this complex since its opening, and first, I want to say the rating is misleading. Even before the apartment complex opened, it had about 100 5-star reviews about the application and moving process, but the reality turned out to be quite different. When our air conditioner wasn't working for 5 days, they somehow managed to remove about 30 1-star reviews at once. So don't be fooled by the fake 4.0 rating. Now about the complex: Moving into a new apartment no one has lived in before was great, but we faced numerous issues. In 2 years, the AC and water were shut off three times, each lasting 3 to 5 days. But the biggest disappointment was when only 2 out of 3 elevators worked for almost half a year in a 31-floor building with 300 units, and one of them has been always reserved for moving. Just imagine waiting in line for 20 minutes just to get to your apartment at night.
The management is mediocre; they struggle to solve problems, and communication with residents is lacking. Maintenance of common areas is poor, with daily cleaning being of low quality. Outdoor jacuzzi is covered in mold, and the indoor one lacks proper ventilation, making it unbearable when in use. From day one, they've been making promises about installing grills on the rooftop terrace and insisting that the pool is heated, but in reality, it's not.
After living in a truly luxurious apartment complex for the past six months, I don't understand how Grand Station can add "luxury" to its name. They are somewhere in the beginning or, at most, halfway to luxury.
Also it’s sad, but the management is not interested in keeping good tenants. After two years, my rent was significantly increased, yet my apartment was eventually rented out cheaper than what I paid.
On the positive side: good location, beautiful views, nice gym and friendly concierge.
