Greens of Tamarac

Very old buildings with hollow walls - no privacy; Roof leaks; Cars vandalize in parking lot; Resident stuck in elevator for over an hour…

The quality of craftsmanship in the actual building itself was somewhat poor.  The floors were a little bit warped, and that's not the floor's fault, but the sagging of supporting beams underneath that 2nd floor level.  Other than that, the grounds are nice and it's adjacent to a golf course.  The living room and bedroom that I saw were quite large and the living room had a walk out balcony that's enclosed with a ceiling fan and stucco walls.

Can anyone share the association information for these Condos. I have been trying a number on the web and does not work. Or if anyone knows if the association has a credit score and income requirement

Its a well maintained small Condo Complex. The best views are the buildings facing the Executive side of Colony West Golf Course which include a large Lakeview and/or pool view. Nice plants and garden touches throughout the complex. The buildings are solid concrete construction. Very nice especially for a non gated community.  Generally quiet community, most residents removed carpeting, which is how units came originally.(High heels or chairs dragging may be heard but neighbors can modify their behavior). There is a volunteer board that runs the complex well. The Treasurer, sometimes acts like the old time Condo Commandos, but efficient.
