From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Both Gigi's and Jason Read’s expertise and dedication made the entire process seamless.

The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The amenities, such as the gym and communal spaces, add value to the living experience.  The staff has been consistently helpful and friendly, addressing any concerns promptly.

THE LEASING OFFICE MADE US STAY IN A ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT WHICH IS ILLEGAL. THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN INFESTED FOR 5 MONTHS AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE ISSUE, THE PEST TREATMENTS WERE NOT EFFECTIVE AND THEY REFUSED TO LOWER RENT. This place is absolutely disgusting. It is very unclean. They have a crap tone of insects to the point that they had to come here 4 times and not once did they take care of the issue. I asked to have our rent lowered since we are paying over $4,000 per month on a place infested with insects. The leasing office instead threatens to evict us and hold us responsible for not going through with the treatments (WHICH WERE NEVER OFFERED EVERY MONTH) I asked several times to schedule them and they would not respond until months later. Instead the leasing manager threatened us and said we are responsible and we will be charged if this spreads. This is honestly one of the worse places I stayed in my entire life. The leasing office is extremely unprofessional and like to look for trouble. I do not recommend staying here at all. I left a previous bad review but they begged my father to take it down. But this is absolutely unacceptable. I would also like to add that they keep you under a microscope here and monitor your every move which is extremely uncomfortable. Please see attached. Also the Manager Josie keeps threatening us to remove the reviews.

I am a longstanding resident at grove station tower, I have raised my family here for six years. Josie the property manager and her team has always accommodated us in every aspect of customer service. They have not met standards, they have exceeded them in every aspect in community living. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a better quality living in the coconut grove community. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

I ve been living in Grove station tower for more than 4 years. I like the building, the location and the management. Great pool, gym and club house. They organize a lot of events to meet with our neighbors. It really is a great building.

Thank you to the whole Maintenance team for always being on demand and diligent in resolving my work orders. My exceptions are always met. The Leasing Agent, Gigi Palacios, thank you for always being so kind and patient. Your outstanding customer service is top-tier. She is always extending her help and going the extra mile for me and my Family. The Property manager and her Assistant manager are always interacting with the residents, guests, and clients with great energy. The office staff is so welcoming. The building residents are diverse and very friendly. I recommend Grove Station Tower to anyone looking for a home in a rental community.

I was visiting some college friends and noticed the building was very well kept. During my visit, maintenance is was quick and always available for any problem! The pool was beautiful and well kept and the building was just all around amazing.
