Grove Station Tower

The staff at Grove Station Tower are amazing. Gigi and Yanxy will always make sure you're taken care of from signing your lease to any issues you have going forward. The maintenance staff are great too. I never had any actual maintenance issues, but all the minor issues I had were resolved super quick. Beautiful pool deck. Modern setups in the apartments...the kitchen island is great and there is a ton of storage (depending on choice, but my 1 BR had both a full walk in and second closet). I'm sad to be leaving. One of the best leasing experiences I've had, in multiple locations across the US. Highly recommend Grove Station Tower and the staff will take great care of you.
(Only negative is while they have great insulation between apartments and noise was never an issue for me, it seems like they did not insulate between the pipes well so you will hear "water" flow noise between apartments.)

I have been making deliveries to this complex for more than a year and the service from the leasing office is one of the best. I recommend this resort to anyone looking for 5 star service

We’ve recently moved to Grove Station Tower, the apartments and amenities are excellent. The apartment is extremely spacious filled with so much storage which is a plus! The balcony are HUGE. Everyday feels like I wake up on vacation as I live on the pool amenity level floor with stunning views of coral gables. It’s such a peaceful community and kind neighbors. A special thank you to the Leasing agent, Gressel (Gigi) for all her help making our move to perfect. Thank you to Josie and Yanxy for there great Administration and customer service too. Overall 10/10!

I lived there for less than a year. I was satisfied with Yanxy and Gressel's (Gigi) customer service. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. They are lovely people.  Also, I would mention that most of their maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Excellent place to live with a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Just by visiting the offices you feel that this is your place with a very positive energy. I recommend it.

Having to select a new place to live while living abroad was nerve wrecking to say the least. Gigi, the leasing agent as well as Yanxy,  were UH-Mazing in helping me and my family transition smoothly. Once here, we fell in love with the great vibe of the neighborhood and our living space! The maintenance team are top tier which is so important in an Apartment living arrangement. Administration are so helpful in every way. We are forever grateful! We plan on moving up to a bigger apartment once our lease rental is up. An exceptional apartment building. 5 star!!!

The best apartment complex in Miami!!! I have been living here for over 5 years with my family. We have moved from 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom apartments, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
