Living here has been an absolute blast! I love the pool, the gym, and the new clubhouse. Mr Hilton has been amazing, helping me with anything I need. He’s so professional, but also super sweet and thoughtful. He’s always willing to lend a hand.

This far I am a five year resident and about to sign my next lease. Love it here. Excited for all of the new renovations that are happening since Cortland took over. Clean pool, new dog park and game room.. and now renovated units. Looking forward to changing units. Units are large and spacious! Office staff is friendly and helpful. Phil our Maintenance Man is TOP TIER!! Cortland is really doing their thing!
