The owner is a liar. What he says on the phone, he doesn't do. He was even so rude that he blocked our door code, even though he knew we were there with 3 children. In addition, we were very nice, quiet and it was cleaner after us than when we arrived. He was rude to any question. He just wanted money and then nothing to do. He didn't even refund the money for the cleaning he didn't do.
I do not recommend it, there are better apartments around with better equipment and fair owners.

Every once in a while, we get a guest that violates the house rules and then unethically complains when they don’t get what they want. We’ve learned to just ignore these people and focus on positive guests.Best of luck in your future endeavors.

This was the perfect family-friendly spot very close to the Lone Depot Marlins Stadium so we walk to the game. The apartment was very clean and the host left us some K-cups of coffee that was a very nice gesture. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Location, Location, Location! This nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is so convenient to the ballpark and the great culture of Little Havana. Very safe neighborhood with private parking in the back of the property. Will definitely be coming back to stay here.
