Nice apartments with an amazing view. The new management it’s really good and they help to keep the building a nice place to live.

I want to thank this administration for providing an immediate solution to an already recurring problem due to lost packages, which is not their responsibility. But again I repeat, this new administration gave an immediate solution. And also thank you for keeping the property in very good condition.

I have been a resident at Hidden Lake Miami for over a year now, and I am delighted to share that the recent change in management, led by the outstanding Rebecca as the property manager, has exceeded all expectations. In my 8+ years in Miami, I've experienced numerous management transitions, but Rebecca and her dedicated team, including maintenance and security, stand out as the best I've ever encountered.
Rebecca, as the property manager, has been the driving force behind the positive changes at Hidden Lake. Her commitment to providing the best experience for residents is evident in every aspect of the community. Maintenance services under her supervision have been exceptional, with a keen focus on detail and a proactive approach to addressing issues promptly.
The maintenance team's efficiency and professionalism are noteworthy. They not only respond promptly to requests but also go above and beyond to ensure that the living spaces are well-maintained and residents are comfortable. The attention to detail extends to every corner of the property, creating a well-kept and enjoyable living environment.

I moved in the 18th of last month… it’s only been 1 month exactly today and the fire alarm has gone off three times. Twice in the span of this week alone. Mind you, extremely loud sounds all in the middle of the night from 11:30pm-6am. When asked for an explanation they simply don’t have one for you. No action done to fix it or information to reconcile the tenants. Extreme poor management.

Since 2023 there has been theft of mail and packages EVERY DAY and the administration does nothing about it. The maintenance is terrible.

We have lived at Hidden Lake since June 2022. The building and its management has been in disarray until now. Rebecca, the present Manager, and her team are performing an amazing and exceptional job. Andres and the maintenance team are very efficient at repairing and maintaining the much needed issues that the building has had since the beginning. They are challenged with issues everyday and they deal with them in an extremely professional manner and are always very cordial and receptive to everyone's needs.  We believe that due to their management skills, the building will become the five star property that it is meant to be.
