A relative lives in this condo. Very nice laid back location. Nice location from shopping and dining. Rooms are nice size.

55+ Community. Rules must be followed & Regulations must be adhered to. FABULOUS & EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED. A 12 building Connor  community. Each building is its own corporation. We are not under 1 umbrella. Each building has a Board. Maintenance ranges for each building. Some buildings have a "Reserve" and some don't which leads to assessments. You must check if the building you are buying in has a "Reserve." Thankful we've got a lot of Canadian residents. Lovely lovey people concerned about keeping our condominium clean. I love the Canadians. Sad to see them all leave in the summer. Community is probably 65% Canadian. Yeah :-)     (If you cannot live with "Rules & Regulations" then a 55+ community is the wrong choice for you.)

Low rise, low price condo community.  Buildings all look the same and are somewhat poorly marked.  I am speculating that these buildings were built in the 1970s so the whole place is in need of some refurbishment.
