Don’t rent or live here. The people running this place are nasty and careless. Packages get stolen, the laundry room is disgusting with trash everywhere and when you complain they say all cameras are broken. They’ve been broken for the past year…. This place is a joke

Anyone else having issues acquiring information from the association? Primarily regarding what they have been doing with HOA fees and where it has gone. I received and was getting documentation, and only after the last request, I was told they changed their rules on giving out information, and now requests must be mailed in now, even though the same information was accessible before. They mentioned it was solely because others were asking for it, as well, and that there were too many requests. So they may be trying to impede people from getting records that should be public so they can head something and or do not look worse then they are currently. They are already under numerous legal cases from the city to different residents are only trying to suck the place dry till it collapses on top of the residents.

This place is DISGUSTING! Do not buy or rent here. All the buildings are infested with roaches. You'll see about 5 big ones every day. Oh and are you trying to sleep in? Forget about it. Neighbors above you will be loud as hell for no reason at all times of the day, even "quiet hours". You'll hear things being thrown on the floor, banging, and stomping. HEADACHE! And management will do absolutely nothing for you about it. Not renewing my lease and I cannot wait to leave.

How does this place even have 3.5 stars??? They must be paying for them. It deserves a NEGATIVE amount. ABSOLUTELY the WORST management in the area, and for a VERY high HOA fee. Management NEVER answers the phone, nor do they return calls.The place is filthy, dark, dingy, not updated at all, smelly dirty carpeting in the hallways, overrun with roaches and rodents. Bird poop all over balconies which they NEVER wash off. I could go on and on. Stay away from this awful disgusting place.

As a resident who lived here for almost two decades I would give it less but I cannot, do not live here. It is a terrible place currently, the maintenance and upkeep of this place is abysmal. The association are a bunch of crooks, they don’t care about anything but themselves and will leave you to fend for yourself regardless of whether you pay all your fees and whatnot, and if you don’t pay then they just have a reason to ignore you, and or fight to ruin your life while you live there and get you evicted. The association has had numerous legal issues in the past spanning decades, more common in the last ten years which is paid for by resident fees they collect. Additionally, they are most likely in the red financially and will do all they can to ignore all villages problems until it breaks completely which is why they keep adding on new maintenance fees to extract as much as they can from mainly owners of the area but ironically a lot of the apartments are owned by members of the board who rent the place extract even more money, Douglas meyers (the treasurer), the president , vice president and their entire board do something similar, they wait till the apartments foreclose or a problem arises so they can buy the apartment for cents on the dollar which is in the regulations. Those who think it’s a good place, please read this and know it is not; To those who currently reside, I’m sorry it will not get much better and I hope you can find a way out

The elevator has been broken for an entire year now, thank goodness I don’t need a wheel chair. There was a woman who was living here and couldn’t do hospice in the comfort of her own home all because the elevator doesn’t work. Management is almost non existent here.
