The elevator has been broken for an entire year now, thank goodness I don’t need a wheel chair. There was a woman who was living here and couldn’t do hospice in the comfort of her own home all because the elevator doesn’t work. Management is almost non existent here.

I lived there for over a year. The elevator was down for more than 6 months. I moved out of the apartment on March 25th 2023. Carmen told me to wait for my check deposit in the mail, that it would take at least 3 to 4 weeks. Its May 24th and I'm still waiting. I've called at least 7 times and every time, a girl named Alex answers the phone, they give me the same answer, "we will call you back" THEY NEVER DO. I'm still waiting for my $400 deposit. You better hurry in giving my money back or you will receive a written notice from my lawyer. Your lack of competence has gone too far.

This place worst place ever

Beautiful place, very well maintained and quiet. The site is much better managed than it was a few years ago and it shows. I love the place.

Super happy with my experience at international village. Carmen, the person in charge of the office, is a very professional and attentive person. Thanks to all the security and maintenance staff. Excellent work.
