They paint over the black mold in the hallways, and cockroaches come out at night in the kitchen in my penthouse. Edit: They always respond to these reviews by saying they will help and do the most, but the service is just bottom of the barrel or just doesn't happen. STOP PAINTING OVER THE MOLD; YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN TROUBLE WITH CODE ENFORCEMENT.

Such an amazing place to live highly recommended also to mention the fun events they do.

I really liked this place, super clean, it had beautiful Valentine's Day decorations, the workers were super friendly while they showed me around. Super !

I’ve been living in Intracoastal for the past 7 years and honestly it’s never been better as it is now, this definitely became the place to be!!! Since the new manager Yanelis Costa arrived, everything changed (and for better of course), I loved everything she’s been doing for the building and the community. The changes around the pool area are fantastic, the maintenance office now answer promptly to every request. And also we have amazing events and activities like Zumba, Yoga clases, a Spa and my favorite of them all, the Food Truck night events, when you’re able to enjoy of amazing food and meet with your neighbors. I’m currently loving living here!!! <3
