Intracoastal Yacht Club

I do not recommend this house.  We have been living here for 4 months and all this time the repair work has been going on.  It is impossible to be at home during the day.  Impossible to work, impossible to rest.  Life here is very uncomfortable. The administration does not respond and does not want to change anything

Excellent building, excellent management.

Excellent service, I love Intracoastal. The property is clean, and has an excellent location. Management is excellent. The property has a gym that is open 24 hours a day. Great events for all residents yoga classes, kids yoga, monthly socializing events. I love it.

The worst building with cockroaches! I pay $3,300 for a one-bedroom apartment, and there are cockroaches everywhere. The building managers don’t respond at all, and their so-called cleanings don’t help! Every single apartment here has cockroaches. Never in your life move in here! The building security even yells at children, and the valet workers shout at you if you don’t give them cash! This is the worst building that exists.

I recently had the pleasure of exploring rental options at intracoastal yatch club and I must say that yanelis, the property manager, made the experience exceptional. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to help them find a comfortable home.
Yanelis was also very responsive to all my questions, providing clear and concise answers. Her professionalism and approachability made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
I left my visit feeling excited about the possibility of moving into intracoastal yatch club, and that’s all thanks to yaneli’s outstanding service. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re considering making this community your new home!

Yanelis is an INCREDIBLE property manager that is very caring and attentive to all the resident’s needs! I’ve lived he’s 5 years and this is the BEST it’s ever been, so many great new events and activities to do all the time !
