If you’re reading this you’ve been warned…do not move to this prison compound!!! If you want a glimpse of what communism is going to look like in the US then look no further than this dump! This places has more rules than the military and prison put together. They have a couple of people who run the HOA and own a majority of the units and they are running an absolute scam with everything from the parking to excess pet fees. The act like they have such a parking issue yet anytime you go there day or night at least half the spaces are empty. They will charge you for an extra vehicle and they even run the registration with DMV and will give you a hard time if someone else’s name is on it with yours. If you have a guest over too frequently they will say you have an unlawful occupant and post violations and try to charge the owner of the unit $100 per day.  And on top of all of this the units aren’t even that nice!! They’re average run of the mill boring condos that look like bland mediocrity. I beg of you not to move here and deal with these commies. Their commie authoritarianism would make Fidel Castro blush! If your living situation is between this place and the bottom of a bridge…go with the bridge! You’ll have much more freedom there!

Bought a condo here and moved out in less than a year. You pay around $400 for the association and the amenities are either closed for random reasons, or you're constantly harassed for random reasons when using them
The association director owns a significant portion of the condos and uses the staff for his personal reasons. There was once a party hall and I was advised it was no longer available due to "tenant abuse", only to find out it was actually being used to store washers/dryers/ovens for the condos the director owns... just an enormous conflict of interest everywhere
The covered parking was also sold to some of the owners, but is promptly re-appropriated whenever the properties get sold. I can't believe no one is pursuing legal action against these people

The worst place to live, you can't have two cars because they have an internal business collecting fines by placing blocks on cars, you can't have a bicycle and your children can't play in the green area because it's a fine too, you can't have a barbecue either because It is also a fine after 10pm the administration is the worst thing that there is, refrigerator, air, washing machine equipment is damaged and they charge you without saying that they are equipment of 20 years of use, apart from that you make the claim, they do not change them and when it runs out The contract charges you for the damaged equipment that they themselves left old there the worst place to live

The worst place to live! I had terrible experience with this complex don't move in to this place. The landlord is disgusting took my security deposit after I had fix the place and the office is terrible staff.
I would never recommended anyone to live here!

The association didn't want to rent me an apartment why who knows. One day I was in the office for some information when the lady in the office told this Hispanic couple not to change decals because there are a lot of illegal tenants. But I was denied and I'm legal. Thank you association

Living here as been an absolute NIGHTMARE for me and my family. Please do not move here if you want to live in peace or have kids. You can hear EVERYTHING from the unit above. Every FOOTSTEP, every movement, anything that drops on the floor, the toilet flushing, I mean everything. Every footstep that is walked sounds like a loud thump. Imagine hearing thumping noises every second of your life. It’s debilitating and exhausting. My kids are woken up constantly. Do you want to sleep in on the weekends? Do not move here. My neighbors above wake up every morning around 5am and wake me and my kids up EVERY SINGLE MORNING simply because of the loud thumping noises from walking in their apartment. I truly am living a nightmare. I’m miserable. I am not able to sleep past 5am on a daily basis and live with constant noises from above 24/7. Please do not move here you will REGRET IT. Also your property will be ruined, they are  constantly harrasing your visitors and will boot your car or tow them.
