they have very bad service when i wanted to rent a flat from there and my plans changed. i cancelled the same day called them but they didn't return my 500$ money, they are scammers, don't believe me.

Beautiful property, I visited the property for a tour and was assisted with a smile and the highest level of professionalism by Mr.Luis who is very knowledgeable of the community and has excellent customer service. Luis answered all my questions and sold the property excellently. The community is fortunate to have such an extraordinary employee.

Little parking space

Very comfortable and quiet  also friendly staff always ready to help and make things clear and easy.

I truly enjoy this place. My roommate and I had a horrible experience moving into a complex named Aliro during the holiday season. We had an extremely short time to move out of the complex right before New Year’s Eve. Brandon gave us a tour and informed us we could move in a matter of days due to our situation. Nicole took over the process and was able to get our application in and meet the deadline we had to move. She was exceptional and kind spirited the entire time. The upper management got us approved in an amazing turnaround time.
Maintenance has been efficient the entire and handle issues within a day. I would only suggest allowing residents the ability to sit near the pool area in the evening (no swimming) for a relaxing sitting space within the complex at least til 9pm. Otherwise where the complex is situated has a beautiful waterway and garden space behind.
I really enjoy this complex, it’s quiet and calm.
