Ken-Dade Condominium II

I want to say to first and foremost that my mom has been living in this complex for almost 30 years. Overall the neighborhood is very pleasant and quite in general. Although, recently building 9159 had recently its elevator renovated and changed for a new one because the older one was not meeting the city codes. Alright after twenty something years - the elevator was finally installed like about a year ago.  Can you believe that "the New elevator has literally broke down twice?!  My mom depends on the elevator to get around - she's a stroke victim, she uses her wheelchair to get around and thankfully she's surrounded by amazing neighbors although she's not the only one incurring on this major hazard and inconvenience. What about the emergency trucks or rescue ambulance - how are they suppose to get to anyone? I'm writing this with the outmost respect. Please lets get this fix asap. it is my understanding that the elevator needs a new part. May this part comes soon and the technician take care of this matter pronto!.
