Laguna Club Condominiums

Literally horrible, there is trash all over the grass, poop everywhere, the lake is polluted with trash, the basketball court is completely destroyed, the hoops are broken, and the backboard has a giant hole in it, and there is people smoking everywhere

One of the members of the association told me to be "careful with what I post online" because her son previously posted a bad review about the neighborhood and the president of the association had his car towed multiple times and is now not allowed to park in the neighborhood. I moved out already, so here are my thoughts:
Parking situation is ridiculous. There's maybe 10 guest spots in the entire neighborhood and association needs to "approve" of the guest cars. I asked if I could get a guest pass 4 days in advance and the association told me "We will let you know, we need to prioritize the home owners" Basically if you're renting, you won't be regarded.
You will be woken up at 2 AM - 8 AM by roosters that are obnoxiously loud.
I was renting a car while mine was being worked on, and I was told I couldn't park the rented car in my private spot because it had to be registered and I had to buy a separate parking sticker to the one I had on my car. If it was a gated community i could understand that, but if it's my private parking spot I should be allowed to park any car i'm currently driving.
Just mentioning this because I found it entertaining, The review on here that says "We finally have a good new association" was written by the president of this new association (Chester) not biased at all, right?

Very quiet to live

We finally have a good new association

I can happily say that we once again have a good place to live, with the blessing of God and the hard work of a group of neighbors who fought tirelessly to expose all the injustices of the previous board. We now live in peace with a new Board, elected by us and has put our well-being as a priority, this board has made it clear what each person's work is, starting by informing the administrative company of Pazos y Robaina what their strict function is and the non-interference in ours, it has established guidelines with the security company and the tow company that had turned our condominium into a source of income for their monetary benefit, this board, despite the difficult times that humanity is experiencing, has not rested and works day and night for the Laguna residents.
