They always break into people's vehicles ...
They always break into people's vehicles. They have guards that don't do anything but bother tenants instead of finding the crooks. They came up in here stole my catalytic converter from under my truck early in the morning. The management sucks!!!

As always, we recommend filing a police report with personal car break-ins as the association isn't the local authority. The security guards aren't law enforcement officers and cannot charge any individuals caught breaking into cars other than calling the police.

Not the same as when I first moved in, constant break into cars, complained to office and they don’t do anything. The security guards are never no where to be found. Also the I.D. Machine constantly breaks. It’s crazy trying to get into the complex after 5pm lines are backed up. And even if you have your decal you still have to sit and wait.

Thank you for the feedback. There was a perpetrator who broke into a set of cars last weekend and this past week. As we are not the authorities, we always urge residents to file a police report. We have since notified the local authorities to request increased presence in the area and to have additional cameras in all buildings. In regards to the security guards and ID Machine, major changes to both fronts are currently already in the works prior to even this incident and will be implemented by the end of the year. Decal issuance will also be entirely online.
