Ladies please be careful and watch out for the security sneaking unappropriate photos/videos and sending them around. I have address this to management. Absolutely disgusting specially in today’s society. I’m Writing this So hopefully put a stop light and possibly it may can help someone else. Im Sure if it happened to me it could be very possible that during this could be happening during business hours. I also have proof. I was hoping management will take this a little more serious. I’m just writing this as a reality check. I have all of the supporting evidence. Ladies please be self and protect yourself at all times.

I stayed here this past summer. The unit itself was nice but the overall building is not worth the expenses. The inside smells of dogs, many areas including the pool wasn’t done, and the outside often smells bad, which also had much work to be done. ALSO, valet backed my car into a pole. I have a back up camera so it should not have happened in the first place. After constantly visiting the building management, I was able to view the camera footage. The valet worker literally backed dead in the middle of the pole & we (management & myself) were all shocked because again I have a back up camera. He was not paying attention at all. When I initially questioned valet about the damage and told them I’d be leaving within the next few weeks they of course tried to push it aside & wait it out until I would no longer be residing in the building. I had to constantly visit valet & management in order for things to move forward which took almost two weeks. Once we reviewed the footage showing that it was in fact valet at fault, I only had a few more days of stay. Of course, valet wouldn’t be able to fix it before I left since they were trying to avoid it & waited last minute to act on it. In order for them to get their “guy” to work on it, I would have had to extend my stay at my own expense, which would’ve probably equaled to, or more than what it costs to fix the damages. In the end, I had to settle for half of the amount that I was quoted from three auto repair shops. It was either take what they offered which wouldn’t have covered any of the damages, or be left with nothing but the new damages done to my car. I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this stay if possible.

Front desk staff has no sense of urgency when he has 7 people waiting in a line. It’s also unfortunate that a tenant was coming off the elevator for a mail package to the building address with tenants name and unit and the front desk refused to assist. It’s clear that anyone gets to work here. Let me not get started on the structure of valet. It’s like watching 3 blind mice. Embarassing
