Nice, Quiet, private community located in the heart of Davie. This location is great because its near all the highways and major roads in the area. The community has a great bbq area, pool, and even a dog park for the residents, definitely recommend these apartments if you are moving to Davie or Hollywood.

I've been living here with my parents for roughyly 3 months and the place is excellent. Not to mention, the landlord is super nice and caring. The pool is beautiful and the scenery makes your home more comforting than ever!

I am a resident of this property, I feel very comfortable and very happy to live here. The office staff, Mr. Álvaro and Mrs. Kellys, are super professional, efficient and always very concerned about their tenants and the property in general, as well as the other part of the group. I 100% recommend renting in this beautiful and cozy property.

I’ve been living here for about 5 months ...
I’ve been living here for about 5 months and recently met Alvaro !!, I must say he’s a very helpful person, him along with Kelly is always helpful and shows us as tenants how important we are , I’ve never lived at an apartment that offers something for their tenants every month , yesterday I went to the office to wrap all my Christmas gifts and supplies was provided can u believe that !!!! This team is always on point with maintenance!! Place is always clean and safe for your family , I must say I’ve made the best decision for my family as I love it here , thanks to Kelly and Alvaro for doing an amazing job here at legacy!! 😊 thank you!
