Great place to live! The apartments are well maintained. The staff is helpful and pleasant. It’s really a pleasant experience to live here.

Bad experience live therefore, management poor a unprofessional and bad Maintenance,I paid a lot money a rent $2.600.for 1 bedroom apartment.nasty and dirtyplace I not recommend live there.

Lived here for 10 months and the gate was in working order maybe once or twice. Manager lady has attitude and it is ROACH INFESTED!! Save your money and don’t move here!

I don’t even know what to say honestly. It’s roach infested everywhere in and outside the buildings!!! Now I’m dealing with roaches in my BRAND NEW CAR. It’s such a shame that people spend their hard earned money on expensive rent here and have to deal with things like this

Where do I start off at with this community ,the brightness of the new flood lights are quite intense making it difficult to at night. I’ve spoken with several other neighbors who all say they have made complaints to the leasing office and has yet to receive any positive feedback, I myself have also made a complaint with leasing office via email and I have yet to receive a response. Perhaps you guys can adjust the lighting or find another solution that minimizes the disturbance of your residents sleep. As a resident that pays their rent on time monthly, I feel like I should receive all the pleasures of the community that was promised to me upon moving in. At this point I feel like I’ve been hit with the hate and switch. The pool is disgusting it’s never clean. N the gate is always broken, the maintenance team is trouble they do more spying on the residents than keeping the Community clean , also Their constant need to come into your apartment at least once a month is very intrusive, the pool constantly having iguana dropping in and around the pool takes away from the pool. And the gate thts always broken compromises the safety that I was ensured upon moving in

I moved out of the apartment at the end of June. I settled all of my accounts. Cleaned up the apartment to the level of a professional cleaning company. I’ve received no calls or emails from the company. Today July 30th I receive an email for over a $100 from a collections agency. I am confused since I know I paid all my balances, I call to get clarification as to why I was sent to collections without any notice. Why the money wasn’t collected from my deposit I have yet to receive, however the person who answered the phone said he had someone infront of him and could not answer my calls and I was to call the collections agency to make payment. I wanted to confirm if the debt was in fact correct before I called the collections company however he would not do this. This is our business practice.

Clara was amazing at helping us find the perfect fit for my college student who needed off campus housing. Our first housing option was not a good fit which left us scrambling to find new housing and Clara could see we were stressed and helped to assure us that this would be a safe fit for our daughter.
