Legacy Lakeside is by far one of the most exceptional places to reside within Kendall, as a former Tenant of legacy I can firmly say that each aspect of these apartments are well equipped, with a comfortable environment, world class service and open door policy, the same can be said about the areas staff and maintenance team, Marylyn, being the condominiums Account holder and landlord, is beyond helpful and displays a firm professionalism and effectiveness to assist a tenants needs in a timely manner, I would confidently recommend anyone to live at Lakeside.

We are residents of the condominium and we are very happy to be so. Magnificent place to live as a family, very safe and quiet. The work staff is super attentive to everything and everyone. Mrs. Marilyn, Cristina, Eduardo, all very pleasant to deal with. The spectacular pool, always clean, with total safety for children. As well as the other areas of the place. Very happy for everything 🙂

Lived here for three years and I can only say positive things. Marilyn is the best. She’s always a phone call away. Staff always have green areas up to date and everything is maintained.

My family and I are very pleased to be able to live in this complex, it is very quiet, comfortable and beautiful and with several common areas where you can spend a pleasant time. Furthermore, you can always count on Cristina's support for any information you need, she is very kind.

It's a nice condo. The management and work team is excellent. I recommend it without a doubt. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars.
