Legacy Lakeside

Moved in here 4 years ago, and it has been the best decision ever. The community is well maintained. This place has everything you need, from updated gym, pool, BBQ area, doggy park, and kids park in which my little loves! Marilyn, and Christina go above and beyond, when anything on the community will take effect, they will send out daily email reminders so that everyone is aware. Needless to say, their Maintenance team are AMAZING! The few times that I have put in a request for maintenance, it gets done either the same day or the next day.

I've been living in Legacy Lakeside for 2 years now and I need to write a review of how much I love it here. This place has so many amenities. There is a Pool, gym, business center, and my dog's favorite place - Dog park! The manager, Marilyn, really cares about her tenants. Thank you Marilyn and team for always being so caring and making sure the apartments/community are in impeccable conditions.

I recently moved into an apartment at this property, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! The property is well-maintained, and in a great location. Marilyn, the property manager, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She's been quick to respond to any questions and made the move-in experience smooth. Overall, a great place to live!

In that condo the administration is corrupt and try to scam the residents

Our experience at Legacy Lakes has been extraordinary from the beginning. Marilyn and Cristiana are very dedicated and professional. They accompanied us throughout the application process, clearing up our doubts.
I highly recommend this community, it looks very clean and quiet, a place to share with your family surrounded by a wonderful work team, thank you!

I have been in this wonderful community for 3 years and the truth is that I feel happy to live here. The Manager is a kind, cordial person and always attentive to each of my concerns. The office assistant is also a person who has helped us at all times over the years. The maintenance staff is also a great team as they immediately help us resolve any problem you may have with the unit. On the other hand, the community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and I like that we have a special park for our dogs, where they play with other dogs in our community.

I have lived in the condominium for years, I love living there, everything is very clean and the manager and his workers are very attentive, thank you
